Lunch time 早左即刻過後食野唔使排隊❤️ 但要齊人先入得。環境係迫架啦。金鐘唔好瘋多要求就可以。要左個一風堂辣肉味噌,小食3 併小食普通啦都ok 。但普通左少少味噌味多左,有少少怪既味道 個麵勁似一丁,但咬落都仲好有彈性但係湯底好濃豬肉都岩岩好,好軟~包飲可樂! 一罐唔係一杯杯果種!正!好配合食個麵飽肚既 ! 服務都好好,落單好快,上菜都好快。野食都熱辣辣,唔會因爲煮定既就凍晒。我會再過黎食! 下次叫身二樣!

在附近看完畫展,來到金鐘廊覓食。這間一風堂不設取號碼,只需排隊輪候。星期五晚七時多來到,餐廳門口有條短人龍,大概等了五分鐘左右,就可以入座了。與當初初來香港大排長龍,熱潮看來冷卻不少。一風堂源自於日本九州福崗縣的博多,香港的裝修大致上與日本的一樣。其招牌拉麵,皆是以顏色命名,分別是白丸和赤丸,還有特製拉麵選擺,會多些配料,包括有紫菜和溏心蛋。麵條是選用極細麵,但食客可以根據自己的喜好,選擇超硬、硬、普通及軟。下單時,未必每個職員都會問,所以記得說明。特製赤丸新味($88):問到店員白丸及赤丸有什麼分別時,店員說前者是比較清淡些,豚骨湯味較為重。而後者則比較濃味,而且加配味噌及黑蒜油,蒜味會較重,而且微辣,味道會較為豐富。另外,薄切叉燒肥瘦適中,而且薄薄的一片相對較易入味,其他配料包括半溏心蛋、黑木耳、蔥和芽菜。替玉,即是加麵底,只需要$2,十分划算。這裏加麵底的方法,是另外一碟上。其實本身點特製赤丸的麵也不少,建議衡量下飽肚程度,以免造成浪費🙈餃子的選擇也頗為多款,有普通味、辛辣、黑松露汁、芫荽等。可以選擇叫六件或者十件。一風堂餃子🥟六件($40):普普通通的豚肉餃子,我會稱之為一口餃

一風堂餃子🥟六件($40):普普通通的豚肉餃子,我會稱之為一口餃子,一啖食一隻。皮是薄,但我覺得肉的比例較少,而且沒有什麼味道,即使是配以薑茸及點配醬汁,味道仍是偏淡

一風堂初來港時,我都是排隊的一份子。但是,現時的味道感覺上沒開初時好味🤔雖然拉麵是還好,但餃子卻令人很失望😞。

I was getting cravings for some vegetarian noodles - woefully uncommon in Hong Kong! - and found the veggie ramen at Ippudo. It’s one of the better veg ramen bowls I’ve had - the broth is rich and delicious but not too salty, and the toppings are subtle and yummy, from a soft and rich tomato to smoky grilled mushrooms. I got the combo with grilled corn and juice - the corn was okay, but the ramen really stole the show. I’m going there again today because I can’t get enough! Highly recommended.

金鐘呢間一風堂,每日lunch都排曬長龍,雖然已吃過好多次,但每次出新產品都會試一試。今次個巨型叉燒拉麵外型十分吸引,岩曬食肉獸。拉麵唔講,湯底同麵都係平時的味道,但估唔到佢塊肉超級香口,外脆內軟,份量比平時的叉燒片多好多!
