燒鰻魚石鍋手打烏冬$106
熱辣辣,未食都感覺到湯在沸騰的狀況。手打烏冬屬較粗身的一種,但麵條軟熟有彈性,咀嚼起來有Q彈的感覺。吸收了湯汁的精髓,每條都入味可口。一邊食,一邊有着濃郁的黑松露冬菇湯風味,滋味在心頭。至於燒鰻魚另外用碟裝上,肥美飽滿,啖啖肉,醬汁惹味,食得樂意洋洋。

Menu可以自由選擇烏冬款式 麪身軟硬度 湯底 材料等等 全部味道也做得很出色 價錢也意外地均真 想吃經濟實惠有高質的石鍋烏冬 試過就知道了🤍石鍋堂海鮮石燒手打烏冬 [$90]黑松露香菇湯底大概是由昆布湯加上一匙黑松露醬 石頭鍋把烏冬湯麵保持在滾燙的狀態 海鮮配料包括有蜆 新鮮海蝦 蠔 蟹柳等等 海鮮質素新鮮 蠔沒有任何腥味 口感彈牙鮮嫩 也很大件 烏冬吃到最後也是爽口的 不會糊掉😋安格斯牛肉石燒手打烏冬 [$82]原本是生牛肉 但就像shabu shabu一樣新鮮涮的 牛肉油脂比例較少 肉片很薄 但是吃得出很新鮮!至於湯底選了山地獄辛辣湯 是濃郁的麻辣湯 聞得出味道 不過對吃得到四川麻辣菜的人會覺得不夠辣 不過價錢來說質素很實惠 真的值得試❣️

原本是生牛肉 但就像shabu shabu一樣新鮮涮的 牛肉油脂比例較少 肉片很薄 但是吃得出很新鮮!至於湯底選了山地獄辛辣湯 是濃郁的麻辣湯 聞得出味道 不過對吃得到四川麻辣菜的人會覺得不夠辣 不過價錢來說質素很實惠 真的值得試❣️

今次嚟呢間食叫咗兩個烏冬,一個係咖哩湯安格斯牛肉烏冬,另一個係松露湯吉列豬扒烏冬先講咖哩湯安格斯牛肉烏冬,個咖哩湯都算幾好味,但略嫌調得有啲稀,掛唔到上個烏冬到,而個安格斯牛都唔錯,有牛味得嚟又唔會太un ,所以我覺得呢個整體都叫好食。至於個松露湯吉列豬扒烏冬就相對比較遜色啦🙁,首先講咗個吉列豬扒先,我會用難食嚟形容,雖然個皮都夠脆,但個肉真係超級un ,從來冇見過日式料理嘅吉列豬扒係咁,便利店買都仲好食,個湯就其實ok 嘅,有松露味,但都有好大陣菇味。最後想講吓間舖嘅衛生情況真係比較差,感覺好似好耐冇清潔過,去廁所條路見到佢話廚房附近好多塵同埋油漬,不過鋪面就ok 嘅。

先講咖哩湯安格斯牛肉烏冬,個咖哩湯都算幾好味
