呢間石鍋烏冬都開咗好耐了,每逢冬天一定會嚟食,天寒地凍食碗熱辣辣滾住上嘅石鍋烏冬,成個人暖曬除咗烏冬之外佢都有飯食,之前次次嚟都係食烏冬,今次決定試下佢個石鍋茶泡飯朋友無黎過食, 我推薦佢食個最基本,一定好食嘅魚介豚骨濃湯配安格斯牛肉烏冬,上枱啲湯仲滾緊,天氣凍望到覺得好治癒之後係第一次試嘅300°C熱石三文魚茶漬飯, 先畀咗個茶湯同啲漬物我,黃色嘅醃蘿蔔酸酸地好開胃,食到一半濟濟哋可以食嚟refresh下個茶壺勁大其實好多湯,一定夠用staff 好貼心咁提醒我唔好最開頭就落曬所有湯, 因為個石鍋可能熱得滯搞到啲湯會好快蒸發, 又驚啲飯會索曬啲湯除咗有四大舊好厚切嘅三文魚外, 中間仲收埋隻溫泉蛋,撈飯一流兩個仲會有啲椰菜同西蘭花都算係幾balance嘅一個飯而且份量非常之多,男仔應該都食得飽,女仔如果食量一般大機會食唔曬總結香港冬天有幾日特別凍嘅時候一定要去呢間嗰度食!平日夜晚去食要有心理準備超級多人排隊 如果早少少六點嘅話就可以唔使排直接入 continue reading

尋日同朋友一行4人到旺角石鍋堂食飯,我叫咗安格斯牛肉石燒手打烏冬(魚介豚骨濃湯),嘢食嚟到既時候,見到有幾片生牛肉放係面,當時已經好質疑啲熱湯係咪真係夠熱可以浸熟啲牛肉,不過本住牛肉可以生食既道理,就即刻將啲牛肉撳喺鍋底整熟佢照食。味道正常,牛肉普通,類似家中都整到既昆布烏冬,完全唔值$90蚊咁貴😐咁食完當晚都冇嘜嘢。點知第二朝6點鐘返工鬧鐘都未響,嗰胃同肚已經揦住揦住咁痛醒咗,唸住食粒必理痛止一止痛先🤢點知食完開始就一直又屙又嘔,嘔咗三次屙咗五六次,嘔到我標晒冷汗,手軟腳軟🤮😵‍💫睇醫生話我急性腸胃炎,應該係嘢食唔乾淨。嗰晚我就淨係食咗依餐,如果唔係鍋嘢唔乾淨我真係唸唔到有其他。同埋如果係生上我就唔叫啦,餐廳既衛生程度亦令我十分質疑。從來未試過係openrice打食評,難食都廢時打,但依鍋嘢食到我腸胃炎就真係忍唔住,各位睇路!🤮🤮🤮😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 continue reading
