見喺附近,又係新開張,睇完前幾篇食評好似有啲料到,就決定同太太去捧下場試試佢,點知⋯平時懶寫食評都要記錄低哩個伏。TL;DR 一切從簡:前菜(胡麻醬墨魚咀):一致認為醬料同墨魚咀味道唔夾,但無乜特別難食。枝豆:正常。冷蕃茄沙律:無特別,個人認為太多醋,少咗日式醬油。避風塘炒魷魚:淡,好淡。避風塘料只得少少辣,無其他「避風塘」應有味道;魷魚偏實肉,唔彈。整體而言係淡而無味。和牛叉燒大阪燒:放喺面嘅牛肉無調味,有少許牛肉味,肉質都算滑,但唔香,口感麻麻;大阪燒個底唔知係咪用現成急凍底,係一塊粉only⋯全個菜嘅調味就係僅僅表面嗰啲「叉燒醬」,可以用難食嚟形容。基本大阪燒都未合格就去搞fusion嘅感覺。食物嚟講,應該即使唔係食晚餐而係佐酒都唔合格⋯🙈希望佢哋加油改善,做返好基本嘢先。P.S. 舖內好大油煙,食完之後一身油煙味🙈
