除左d三文魚燒玉子, 我地仲點左d魚呀帆立背呀, 不過食完d三文魚之後既N分鐘都未出現囉, 等呀等, 等到追左次單, 再等都冇料到, 又冇人行過來加水, 連水都要自己加, 真係有D火~~~ 之後終於有個西裝哥仔過來問候下我地, 再幫我地追多次單, 返來竟然同我地講張單D野清晒囉, 真係O晒咀, 佢逐張紙同我地睇, 呢樣冇果樣冇, 冇又唔出聲, 又入少左油甘魚同帆立背, 真係*#%XYZ囉, 但係大家都未食夠, 無奈要再等佢補返再加碟三文魚, 之後d野快d既, 但係到最後差碟芝士飛魚子, 又係等等等!!!!! 等到我地追單加埋單, 再等等等等等, 認真的每round”等”都at least 10分鐘!!!! 我地再追, 芝士飛魚子同埋張單終於到了, 好明顯呢兩舊壽司同埋張單係10分鐘前出左冇人拎過來……後補既野尚可接受, 冇心機詳講了~

我地從個西裝哥仔口中得知板長係高級過板前, 不過從食物種類質素尤其係服務, 都完全感受唔到!!!

呢餐個半鐘既Lunch等既時間佔左1個鐘, 食完走, 心裡只有一句: holyshit! 冇下次!!!

話說星期日仲要開工,一個星期做足七日真係唔得佢死﹗好在今日返半day,下午2:00來到呢度試下,好多工友之前同我推介過,不過平日咁忙邊有時間排隊,終於等左三個字之後有得食喇﹗坐迴轉台,迴轉帶上既壽司好有規律好整齊,一個系列一個系列咁出﹗每款壽司前面仲有哂說明,感覺上比其他地方有條理﹗點了帶子壽司,$40x2,超大舊超creamy,入口即溶真係一試想再試﹗其他壽司刺身份量都好大,好回味﹗第一次試和牛壽司,$60x2,味道無打邊爐0的肥牛咁滑咁濃,不過都有0個種大家追求既牛羶味﹗用黎做壽司刺身幾得意呢﹗工友試左個池魚刺身,我食唔到呢種魚腥味不過佢就讚口不絕,應該係好新鮮佢先會咁講,$45佢話抵食喎﹗總體來說確係正﹗價錢以午餐來說確係貴,不過一分錢一分貨﹗怪不得日日都大排長龍呢﹗

點了帶子壽司,$40x2,超大舊超creamy,入口即溶真係一試想再試﹗其他壽司刺身份量都好大,好回味﹗

第一次試和牛壽司,$60x2,味道無打邊爐0的肥牛咁滑咁濃,不過都有0個種大家追求既牛羶味﹗用黎做壽司刺身幾得意呢﹗

工友試左個池魚刺身,我食唔到呢種魚腥味不過佢就讚口不絕,應該係好新鮮佢先會咁講,$45佢話抵食喎﹗

總體來說確係正﹗價錢以午餐來說確係貴,不過一分錢一分貨﹗怪不得日日都大排長龍呢﹗

琴日同女友係九龍灣搵野食....諗起聞名已久既九龍灣板長....決定一試....8pm去到要等位....等左15分鐘多就入得....門口個姐姐態度唔錯....一早知道係板前既兄弟....自問本身對板前好感不多.....一試之下,發覺壽司平衡都很新鮮,比板前水準穩定.....三文魚夠鮮夠肥.....火炎類夠暖....曼魚賣相不錯,又夠肥美帆立背大大隻口感一流兼新鮮最激讚既係立魚!!!!!!!從未食過咁好口感咁新鮮既立魚!!!地方不大....爆哂場.....不過服務仍然不錯.....沒有lum檔漏單錯order等情況....一第手都好快有人應....亦沒有因為忙而咩都膚顯你...坐bar台....個位都算寬敞,坐得幾舒服....將chair下面有位擺袋...唔錯~~

個人覺得和其他壽司店一樣,沒什特別,和其子母店一樣,只是改了名扮高級。價錢貴點罷了。開幕不久,因本人住在樓上,所以常去吃。食物一般ok,但服務就真的要"讚讚",漏單,錯單,食物黎錯,唔找錢,收錯錢。吃了5次你就會體會以上的情況。這是本人去了多次都還有發生,起初以為新開,慢慢會好點,吃了多次都是這樣,真的要考慮再去唔去。

終於完成了﹗心情十分興奮,男友晚上又正好有空,於是陪我吃個夠﹗好像都有一段時間沒有吃過板長,於是來吃個晚餐。不過是晚我的胃口欠佳,所以我吃得不多,主要講講好吃的吧。火炙三文魚︰火炙過有一陣陣香味,而肉質很滑,我覺得比普通三文魚更好吃,於是吃了兩碟﹗油甘魚︰很肥美,口感豐腴,令人回味﹗海鹽八爪魚︰很喜歡海鹽類的sushi,因為只需蘸上海鹽便可帶出鮮味。可是給的海鹽份量很少,不過要求加多一點也是樂意的。板長蝦︰蠻有期望的,不過吃完後有點失望。蝦並不爽口,而且有點像墨魚的口感,就是感覺不像在吃蝦呀。我覺得峰蝦更好吃呢。還有吃了一些平常吃的款式,無需多講了。因為我的主菜是糖水啊。

板長蝦︰蠻有期望的,不過吃完後有點失望。蝦並不爽口,而且有點像墨魚的口感,就是感覺不像在吃蝦呀。我覺得峰蝦更好吃呢。

知道板前/板長的老闆在日本成功投到條日本一(藍鰭吞拿魚王),而香港又有機會嘗試,自己又住得近,故同另一半以”博”的心態去試了(好在他亦肯陪我癲).有機會吃了藍鰭吞拿魚王魚腩刺身及壽司和藍鰭吞拿魚刺身,不知是心理因素還是怎麼,的而且確覺得藍鰭吞拿魚(特別是魚腩部份)比平時吃的吞拿魚好食很多,甘香,入口溶化,吃後口內仍留有魚香.而且感覺到魚油在唇邊(好像塗上薄薄的潤唇膏), 一句講哂,好正!除了這個主菜,還點了其他食物如象拔蚌刺身(不腥,有鮮甜味)鵝肝壽司(煎得好香),鮟鱇魚肝軍艦(好味又沒腥味),大大條的鰻魚壽司(配上甜甜的醬汁,好味),超大隻的帶子壽司(很鮮甜呀),仲有日本虎大蝦壽司(雖然是雪藏蝦,但都大大隻,啖啖肉,個人來說可接受).

襯聖誕前夕來了板前吃午餐\,叫了一個冷麵餐\。綠茶冷麵味道清清的,挺不錯!有五件壽司(見圖),最喜歡是那三件魚生壽司,這裡的壽司真的很好味!服務員態度很好,見我和朋友吃完飯也依然招呼周到!

07-12-07 Friday night幾個人食壽司, 叫了很多很多其中有芝士飛魚子$15 芝士味濃, 配上飛魚子的鮮味配搭不錯軟殼蟹手卷$20 比較油, 但係就好脆整體上款色不太多但算食得過順帶一提, 一位朋友提某雜誌寫食評由尖咀$300 兩件壽司食到觀塘$38 3 件壽司說板長的壽司是關東式的握法遲下有機會一定要跟呢位朋友研究研究

其中有
芝士飛魚子$15 芝士味濃, 配上飛魚子的鮮味配搭不錯
軟殼蟹手卷$20 比較油, 但係就好脆

整體上款色不太多
但算食得過

順帶一提, 一位朋友提某雜誌寫食評
由尖咀$300 兩件壽司食到觀塘$38 3 件壽司
說板長的壽司是關東式的握法
遲下有機會一定要跟呢位朋友研究研究

Benetton個細佬叫Bossini,板前近期亦多個細佬叫板長.論資歷,板前係大佬,論格調,消費,質素,板長似大佬多一點.中午剛開店時間前往,迴轉帶上不是甚麼令人奄悶的三文魚之流,有帆立貝,板長蝦,甚至賣$30一碟,份屬中上價錢的螺片,也在迴轉帶上.與同系的雪村一樣,將一些食材放在吧檯前面,待大家一目了然.先行的板長蝦,比平日吃開的甜蝦更甜.魚背就略嫌單薄,沒有豐朕的口感,帆立貝大大隻,但鮮味度一般.螺片出奇地爽甜,貝柱比同宗的帆立貝平$2碟,味道竟比後者好.貝柱肥美,吃落充滿鮮味.這些放在迴轉帶上的壽司,飯團本身不鬆散亦不死實,比板前好.另外叫的海膽手卷,其海膽味道甘苦,沒有甜味.天使蝦之前在Le Mieux曾品嚐過其鮮味,板長的貨色,竟不比前者差.其蝦頭用來炸,香脆之外仍保留著甘香的蝦膏.極上吞拿魚就沒有甚麼味道,多筋,口感就幾油潤豐滿.之前迴轉帶上的飯團就握得好,另外叫的壽司就水準不一,飯團就極為鬆散,一夾就爛.豉油碟上飯粒滿佈,好像"豉油泡飯"一樣.兩兄弟,真係一擔擔.
