見將軍澳parkside呢邊難得有間望落環境裝修都幾靚嘅居酒屋,以木裝修為主,門口有隻稻菏神使者小狐狸都幾吸引咁,一於就帶埋屋企人黎試下。內裏算是多位好坐,舒服嘅我覺得係。不過要留意本店嘅omakase係無得逐件上,呢個係我地自己一開始誤會左所以撞左板😂所以坐唔坐bar檯就無分別,店員亦好好比我地轉番去卡位檯。12件omakase 五百幾要一次過上的話,咁不如就試番普lunch set算了🤧服務是不錯的雖然我地一開始就有d誤會。見lunch menu有8件sushi set就$158,包沙律、細烏冬及雪糕,價錢係ok的,惟味道過於普通,魚料無麥味外,竟然可以一d切到好厚,一d又好薄😂..性價比就唔高了。當中甜蝦係可以的,lunch set黎講不算貴,但味道不夠令人滿足。甜品芝麻雪糕就幾好😹有感串燒偏貴,每串約$30-60,但整體質素係比壽司好,不過都係冇好令人印象深刻,不過不失。不過無邊樣會令人想回頭🤧雞肉棒較為出色。

內裏算是多位好坐,舒服嘅我覺得係。不過要留意本店嘅omakase係無得逐件上,呢個係我地自己一開始誤會左所以撞左板😂所以坐唔坐bar檯就無分別,店員亦好好比我地轉番去卡位檯。12件omakase 五百幾要一次過上的話,咁不如就試番普lunch set算了🤧服務是不錯的雖然我地一開始就有d誤會。

見lunch menu有8件sushi set就$158,包沙律、細烏冬及雪糕,價錢係ok的,惟味道過於普通,魚料無麥味外,竟然可以一d切到好厚,一d又好薄😂..性價比就唔高了。當中甜蝦係可以的,lunch set黎講不算貴,但味道不夠令人滿足。甜品芝麻雪糕就幾好😹

After reading a lot of positive reviews on openrice, we drove all the way to Tseung Kwan O to try lunch at this Izakaya restaurant. We ordered theoyster with uni, carlifornia roll, grilled mackerel and a deep fried pork chop. The oysters are tiny, and not very fresh. The rest were of food court  standard and with little or no taste, definitely not Michelin standard! Service and decor ok but not the food.

難得見到將軍澳有居酒屋,就嚟試吓啦!今次三人同行,食左一千蚊左右。俾咗個卡位我哋,座位十分寬敞舒適,適合傾計👍🏼叫左啲串燒(雞腿肉、牛舌⋯)、黑豚肉卷糖心蛋($45/1 有點貴)、銀鱈魚西京燒、廚師發板壽司六件($168/6 不算貴)、天婦羅拼盤(炸得好好味,唔會覺得好厚粉)、最後叫咗個海膽蟹肉茶碗蒸($88/1,價錢不平,但十分好味😋個蒸蛋本身夠滑,海膽和蟹肉的味都出)另外仲叫咗三杯果汁酒($68/1),味道略嫌淡。

室內四周擺滿了狐狸公仔,貫徹吉祥物的地位;尤其是餐廳正中位置的巨形白色狐狸雕像,更見特色。圍繞狐狸雕像擺滿細枱,雖然未算擠迫,但枱與枱之間的距離也不算多。可能餐廳新開張不久,即使在疫情下,仍然全場爆滿;環境雖然有點嘈吵,但就充滿居酒屋的熱鬧氣氛。

見到餐牌上有玉子燒,諗起之前在某間新派日本居酒屋食過至今仍然認為係香港最好味嘅玉子燒;原來已經有一段時間未有再食,今晚就來一客玉子燒($58)試試。賣相麻麻,碟底竟然有相當多的水份,應該係蛋漿及鰹魚汁的份量比例控制得不夠好,所以煎好的蛋卷有少少出水。蔥花及蘿蔔蓉份量偏少,亦沒有提供鰹魚醬油;入口玉子燒偏淡口,欠蛋香。固然及不上那一間以玉子燒響朵的居酒屋,甚至不算是好食的玉子燒。

免治雞肉棒($45)賣相麻麻,好似一大嚿免治雞肉餅,缺少了手打免治雞肉的粗糙賣相。顏色偏紅,亦有點假。味道是不錯的,但雞肉份量太多,缺少了雞軟骨的脆身口感。值得一讚是跟足日式傳統,伴隨一個醬油浸生雞蛋黃。蘸滿生雞蛋黃液的免治雞肉棒係美味配搭,可以彌補這根免治雞肉棒的不足。

雞翼($42)就令人失望。送上第一隻,表面完全燒得唔夠金黃,已經覺得可能尚未熟透。用筷子叉開雞翼,內裏果然尚有血水,雞肉甚至仍然緊緊黏着雞骨。向經理投訴,服務態度就值得一讚;馬上道歉、並即時安排廚房炮製另一隻。第二隻的賣相就對板很多,表面金黃、亦有少少焦香;只是味道稍淡,價錢亦偏貴,估唔到只有一隻雞翼。

睇見這個菜式名字,滿心以為吉列和牛($88)係三成熟的吉列和牛扒,雖然之後諗深一層,這個價錢冇可能係和牛扒,但落單時實在不以為意。見到實物後打了個突,原來只係兩個吉列免治牛肉球。味道麻麻,調味不足;而且,無論內裏賣相及入口皆完全沒有和牛應有的油份及牛香,同普通免治牛肉球差不多,總算有肉汁,未至於又乾又嚡。

以將軍澳標準,消費算高。出品質素參差,部份好好食、部份僅一般,尤其廚房質素有啲唔穩定。另一方面,環境及裝修很有日本地道居酒屋氣氛;人手充裕、服務細心。只要揀啱菜式,很適合三五知己吹水聚餐。
