如果想試下創新嘅fusion味道,JA Kitchen絕對值得一試!間舖雖然唔算好大,但一入到去已經感受到個高級feel,裝修簡約時尚,仲要配埋個mood lighting,影相一流!今次試左佢地嘅testing menu $580前菜嘅日本白子蒓菜柚子酸汁已經好吸引,白子香濃滑嫩,配埋清新嘅柚子香,開胃感爆燈!個海產冷盤嘅花雕大頭蝦真係好正,蝦肉爽彈有嚼頭,花雕香氣入口即散發,連埋隻南非活鮑魚,鮮味十足!最搶鏡一定係個煙燻香箱蟹肉確無骨阿波尾雞翼,上菜嗰陣係用個木盒裝住,打開嗰下煙霧四散,好有格調!雞翼外皮脆卜卜,蟹肉鮮甜多汁,香氣撲鼻!北海道帶子係我心水推介,帶子新鮮甜美,個蟹粉牛乳汁香濃惹味,配埋爆彈口感嘅海葡萄,層次感十足!蟹黃蟹肉春卷天婦羅酥脆無油膩,蟹黃香濃得嚟又唔會太漏。主菜方面,我試過牛柳同黑豚,兩樣都好出色!牛柳嫩滑多汁,黑豚肉質軟腍有蓉蓉口感,配埋山葵提香提味,好開胃!蒲燒鰻魚木棉豆腐手卷。個鰻魚燒得啱啱好,外皮香脆,入面嘅肉質軟嫩多汁,蒲燒醬甜中帶鹹,配埋軟綿綿嘅木棉豆腐,包埋手卷食落去層次感十足!月本高菜白飯魚炒飯真係出乎意料咁好食!粒粒飯粒晶瑩飽滿,個高菜香氣陣陣,啲白飯魚炒到香脆,成碟飯香氣四溢,食落唔會覺得漏,反而有種清新嘅感覺。赤焰湯新竹米粉都係一絕,啲湯底香辣惹味,米粉嘅質地勁柔滑,一啖接一啖停唔到口!最後嘅焦糖奶凍都做得好出色,滑溜香甜,唔會太膩!錦上添花嘅係而家訂枱仲有送南非活鮑魚優惠,以呢個價位嚟講真係超值!想去一定要提早預約。 continue reading

感覺勁差,食物太細份,完全唔飽,最差係時間太耐,7:30到,食到11點,足足3個半鐘,食完一道菜,等下一道菜,要相隔15分鐘,最後唔飽,再加烏冬,等左半個鐘,我以後都唔會再來,亦都唔會介紹朋友來😡因為有個師傅中左流感翻唔到,所以比平時用多左時間,換左師傅應該知道就同我哋講,我可以改期,依家有俾人搵笨嘅感覺,價錢唔係平,食咗$8700 ,我可以喺其他地方食到更好嘅嘢。最大問題係俾咗錢大家都唔覺得好食,我嘅朋友冇一個開心,錢我比左,你哋覺得無錯,我都無乎,總之今次就俾人搵笨。 continue reading
