位置比较偏,坐地铁到最近的车站再走过去需要十多分钟大概,如果uber之类直接定位就可以。店面精致,风格明显,路过的人经常会停步来看。因为是圣诞节,店内还设有小圣诞树,氛围特别好。店内面积不大但够用,温馨不拥挤,去的那天旁边还有家庭聚会,女朋友和我比较喜欢热闹,蹭一下节日氛围和聚会氛围还挺开心。店员特别热情,订的入座时间是20:00,因为肚子饿了,提前一小时到也可以入座,不会说粤语,店员虽然不太会普通话但也很耐心的在介绍菜品和提供服务。当日酒品好喝也好看,说是店长自己做的,具体名字忘记了,是煮酒类饮品,热的时候果香浓郁,微甜也有酒香,温度冷却后葡萄酒香浓郁,不涩口不发苦。而后的菜品根据个人和女朋友的爱好来说,最爱的是蟹肉天妇罗和蟹黄苏面,蟹肉蟹黄量足新鲜,性价比高,果木熏鹌鹑和黄油吐司味道不错,鹌鹑处理很好没有腥气,裹点吐司上的黄油再入嘴,果木香,黄油香和肉香层次很丰富,和牛品质不错,挺肥美,但个人不太爱油腻食物,另外店里部分菜品是清酒煮或腌制,介意或忌口可以提前说明。最后甜点是圣诞提拉米苏,用的是酒渍水果而非酒浸手指饼干,酒味更浓,挺好吃。总体好评,在香港的第一顿所以印象很深刻,女朋友

We treated ourselves to the Tasting Menu and it was a feast for the senses! Each dish was a masterpiece, starting with the silky silver cod appetizer, perfectly complemented by fresh ingredients. 🐟✨

The meal kicked off with a delicate platter of fresh cod milt. Its silky texture paired with a zesty sauce and radish puree was simply refreshing!

The seafood platter was divine—fresh abalone and sweet clams paired with flavorful sauces. And those grilled oysters? Simply heavenly! 🦪💕

Next up was the Kansai clams, bursting with sweetness and juiciness. Enhanced by a flavorful XO sauce, they were a delightful treat that truly showcased the chef’s skill!

One standout was the smoked crab stuffed chicken wings, which were crispy and bursting with flavor. The seasonal dish featuring sweet clams in XO sauce was a delightful surprise, too! 😋

We also savored a crispy eel and tofu roll that was sweet and crunchy—so addictive!

For mains, we chose between the tender prime beef and juicy Spanish pork, both served with unique condiments that enhanced every bite. 🍖🥢

Last but not least we had a choice between fragrant Japanese mustard greens rice—aromatic and comforting—or the spicy Hsinchu rice noodles, which had a vibrant, flavorful broth that warmed our hearts.

To top it off, the homemade caramel vanilla pudding was the perfect sweet ending to our meal.

Don’t forget to make a reservation for some amazing complimentary dishes! 🌟

🇭🇰JA kitchen🇭🇰好久沒有去吃這麼精緻的美食了。剛好在附近決定來這裡試一下~ 8到菜才580 真的非常划算!首先就是一個《白子刺身》,其實我不吃內臟的(服務員問我有什麼不吃但是我沒想到哈哈)看上去好看就嘗嘗了,味道一點也不腥,除了口感有點奇怪外,醬汁味道挺不錯。 《花雕花甲,海螺,大頭蝦》很新鮮,酒的味道不會搶過鮮味。《蟹肉無骨阿波密雞翅》很考功夫,不喜歡吃骨的人有福了,新鮮烤的,香脆嫩滑。《一品扇貝》那個迷你🦀居然可以吃,口感像薯片。另我印象最深是《浦燒鰻魚木棉豆腐手卷》非常新穎獨特的配搭還有味道!除了豆腐炸的有一點乾外,鰻魚和魚皮分開炸的確驚艷。比起牛肉我更推薦《西班牙黑豚肩》豬肉很嫩很多汁~相反牛肉就沒有那麼驚艷。 甜品是 《牛奶凍配焦糖脆脆》,牛乳很濃!特別一提‼️店主在衛生間放置不同女性用品,也太太太貼心了吧🥺🥺🥺 如果有新菜單我會回訪的~

另我印象最深是《浦燒鰻魚木棉豆腐手卷》非常新穎獨特的配搭還有味道!除了豆腐炸的有一點乾外,鰻魚和魚皮分開炸的確驚艷。比起牛肉我更推薦《西班牙黑豚肩》豬肉很嫩很多汁~相反牛肉就沒有那麼驚艷。

甜品是 《牛奶凍配焦糖脆脆》,牛乳很濃!

特別一提‼️店主在衛生間放置不同女性用品,也太太太貼心了吧🥺🥺🥺 如果有新菜單我會回訪的~

所有項目近乎圓滿,唯獨等候上菜時間比較長,所謂慢工出細貨,用2.5小時可以慢嘆心思菜是值得的!!

海產冷盤係花雕酒釀大蝦、花螺同埋蜆三併。大蝦超級出色,蝦膏份量十足丶蝦肉大隻彈牙,配上微微嘅花雕酒香,令人齒頰留香。


跟住落嚟嘅鐵板料理水準都幾高。我個set本身包左9道菜,提前一日book ,餐廳額外送咗份鮑魚。


個人最鍾意鐵板蟶子配黑松露醬,餐廳完全唔會overcook,好好把握到蟶子彈牙嘅口感,加上適量嘅黑松露醬,口感味道都令人滿意。
