臨走前,大廚坤師傅終於忙完,有機會同佢寒暄兩句,先知道原來佢做刺身同串燒有十幾年經驗,問佢有咩秘訣,佢話一字記字曰:「心」
所有嘢佢都用心做同埋力求完美,難怪食物出品可以咁出色。

食完嘢,星期六晚十一點幾緊係落坊啦,上兩條街就係真係perfect!


P.S. 佢哋都有唔錯嘅sake choice, 開左支1.8L嘅作,四個人啱啱好。

這款係必叫,首先是鴿肉,少見原來肉質極嫩滑,好有驚喜,第二,用海膽提升鮮味,同鴿肉亦夾,第三,嗰特製擺盤令整體賣相超班,相信每個見到宣傳單張都俾它吸引要叫一份,不過建議叫兩份,打卡會更靚

◇ 4頭鮑魚(蒜香燒)
海鮮燒物就揀咗鮑魚,因為喺其他地方少見,這裏好貼心有牛油燒、蒜香燒同鹽燒揀,小編喜歡蒜香味道,出來嘅蒜粒好香,而鮑魚切片上,厚薄適中,肉質爽口,冇叫錯

◇ 鹽燒Prime一口牛(必叫)
這又係另一款必叫,表面睇落燶燶地咁以為燒過咗,但聞落極香,而一口就可咬落去完全唔韌,仲要極度多汁,唔知用乜醬汁但味道超級正,印象難忘

◇ 明太子墨魚滑手羽
手羽就係雞翼,將明太子墨魚滑放入雞翼,一口咬落同時感受4樣嘢,明太子同墨魚滑嘅鮮味、雞肉嘅嫩滑同雞皮嘅脆香,口感多重冲,極級享受

◇ 冬菇串燒
小編喜歡冬菇,更喜歡燒香冬菇,這裏冬菇唔係特別肥厚,但味道超班,高水準之作

◇ 蓮藕串燒
之前食咗肉都想食吓野菜串燒平衡吓,蓮藕就貪它爽口,掛上嘅醬汁好味,冇投訴

◇ 鮮淮山串燒
另一款野菜串燒係鮮淮山,都係貪它爽口,味道可以,唯一美中不足係表面唔夠鮮白,不過不用擔心𣎴影響味道
