此處的叉燒一向是我心水之一,半肥瘦蜜味足,而且燒焦的位置最好吃。反而乳豬我就覺得食味一般,皮是脆,但它的醬汁只途在乳豬骨底部,肉醃得不夠入味,肉的部份也略肥,有型無髓,非我杯茶也。

此乃我的心頭好之一,牛坑腩好吃之處是帶半筋皮帶半肉,再加上少許牛脂。將鹵至入味的牛坑腩輕輕炸脆,筋肉鬆軟膠質黏綿,牛脂甘香,脆皮亦做得很鬆化,吃下去不覺膩,推薦也!

醬油雞洋葱底,主人家一再強調這道菜非吃不可,製法的來源不便在此贅述,醬油雞即是豉油雞,豉油雞做得好,已很好吃,加了洋蔥底,味道多了層次,而且用了新鮮雞,雞肉盡收醬油和洋蔥的味道,滋味倍添,皮香肉嫩,不可多得,瓦甑底剩下之醬油,如能給我帶走便好了,用來送白飯,無以尚之。

是日中秋過節, lunch time大老闆請客, 一眾同事到怡翠軒開餐. 幸好一早已訂枱, 眼見現場全場爆滿, walk-in機會甚微. 怡翠軒走的是西式路線, 跟翠園差不多, 餐具更精緻一點. 是次點選了很多食物, 筆者特別想評論以下三款:鍋巴醬燒銀雪魚這個不錯, 魚的肉質真的非常嫩滑, 有驚喜, 竟可媲美新鮮魚的肉質! 加上甜酸的醬汁, 開胃極了. 魚下的鍋巴也配合得很好, 夠薄夠脆, 不消一會已吃完.醬燒琵琶金豬皮的確夠脆, 是次的醬汁已預先塗在乳豬的骨幹下, 但正因為醬汁只塗在骨的位置而不是肉的地方, 每口的乳豬肉也似乎未能吸收醬汁的精華. 而整體感覺也略為肥膩了一點,蛋白瑤柱炒飯很普通的一道菜, 卻很難做得好. 但這裏的炒飯真的不俗. 飯炒得夠乾身. 每一粒飯也很分明, 但一點也不油膩, 讚! 加上瑤柱的香, 菜粒的爽脆, 很有水準.

Had a light dinner here one night and thought I would write about their orange soufflé served in a traditional Chinese pot! The presentation just caught my eyes when it came out. A crispy sheet of sugar net on top that covers the soufflé like a sphere. The soufflé is more sponge cake like rather than the french style. It has a strong orange flavor and it's very fluffy. 星期六好好彩, 老公先到一步拿位置, 入座了以後開始要等位置, 今天真夠luck. 兩個人可以吃什麼呢, 我們兩個決定問責制, 誰點了甚麼就要吃完它. 最後我們點了, 叉燒飽, 叉燒瀨份, 麻蓉飽, 油菜, 水餃, 三色豆糕, 燒賣, 素菜餃.....現在回想起來, 2個人怎這麼能吃, 天! 怪不得一直升磅. 在等待點心的時候, 看看周圍環境, 其實餐廳不算小, 但是為了用盡每一吋地放, 桌子和桌子之間真的很擠. 而且當天也看到有不少外國人士來吃點心, 看來這次沒有選錯. 點評一下我們的點心 : 叉燒瀨份 : 叉燒嫩, 汁多惹味, 要求了全瘦叉燒, 店方全面配合, 非常好...配上一碗瀨粉, 真的是飽肚之選. 一碗瀨粉吃下去, 都已經5分飽了 .油菜, 吩咐了要走油, 店方都做到, 菜新鮮, 嫩, 好吃.上湯雲吞, 飽肚之選, 我嘗了一粒, 菜肉比例均勻, 也吃得出是人手包的, 只是皮就不是手工的. 不過也帶點韌性. 如果有心水點心的話, 就不要點這個了. 鮑魚燒賣-把鮑魚一開4再鋪上燒賣上, 有點小氣的感覺, 不細看都不知道是鮑魚呢. 蝦仁彈牙配上豬肉碎, 味道是好吃的, 美心集團

叉燒瀨份 : 叉燒嫩, 汁多惹味, 要求了全瘦叉燒, 店方全面配合, 非常好...配上一碗瀨粉, 真的是飽肚之選. 一碗瀨粉吃下去, 都已經5分飽了 .

鮑魚燒賣-把鮑魚一開4再鋪上燒賣上, 有點小氣的感覺, 不細看都不知道是鮑魚呢. 蝦仁彈牙配上豬肉碎, 味道是好吃的, 美心集團的水準其實也不會差到去哪裡, 質素都有保證.

素菜餃--裡面有菇, 紅蘿蔔, 玉米旬等等, 覺得還是對口味的, 餡不會太鹹, 有點淡淡的菜味, 不過裡面的素菜都用油炒過, 是不是那麼健康就見人見智.

麻蓉飽+叉燒包
麻蓉飽現在在外面也不容易見到了, 老公K.O.了3個, 無法評論. 叉燒包個頭不大, 但飽軟叉燒夠味又夠多, 醬汁夠濃, 雖然好吃但最後都是打包了2個回家了.

總結: 點心好味, 用餐環境比較擠逼, 價格可以接收.

big har gao: i wish i could find these in more places. the shrimps were moist and the dumpling not too sticky.

bbq pork: very good taste and quality

char sui bao: good - can't go wrong

char sui sow: very tasty

rice roll with shrimps: ok, not the biggest fan of these as they usually lack some taste..not much difference here

rice roll with bbq pork: very tasty but with all the other pork dishes, could have done without this one.

sui mai: very good, they put something on top of it that was unique..not sure if it was small piece of bacon but it worked.

long spring roll with shrimp: very tasty and crunchy, comes with wasabi mayonaise which is a good combo.

fat spring roll with shrimp and mango: unusual and very good! the mango really adds a lot of flavor to this.

lettuce with japanese dressing: the dressing is nice

yew chi: zucchini with dried seafood, really nice. make sure to put the sauce over it.
