坐在海景沙發位,靜靜聽著燒肉的吱吱聲,喝上一杯冰飲,真的蠻寫意的🤣壺漬牛肋骨~超大件的,要用剪刀分成數件才燒,醃得很入味~食堂牛小排 (鹽燒)~油脂分佈相當平均,肉質鬆軟,油脂味較重😋~濟洲豪快黑毛豬五花肉~也是很大片的豬腩肉,燒掉油脂後,肉跟已熔化的油脂融合,甘香又香口~每日新鮮鰻魚(半份)~超新鮮,完全沒有泥味,饅魚肉很厚,油脂肥美,燒後魚皮脆而肉嫩,不太有魚骨的,超好吃~食堂蘋果梨汁雞肉~雞肉跟醬汁燒後很香,雞肉嫩滑~一盒芝士生蠔~生蠔十分大隻,肥美又新鮮,拌上芝士同吃,口感更豐富~梅子青檸梳打~很清新,味道帶酸酸甜甜,很開胃解膩~荔枝梳打~味道不太甜的,荔枝味很香,內裡還有兩大粒荔枝果肉~
