今天和同事一起在灣仔午膳,選擇了駱克道的一間印度餐廳吃自助午餐。餐廳在二樓,典雅西式裝修,牆壁上都是印度海報,電視播放出寶萊塢MV,非常富印度特色,仿如置身印度一樣。自助午餐也算豐富,有雞、魚、羊、蔬菜、沙律、生果、甜品、飲品等,一應俱全。冷盤有沙律、蔬菜、印度醬料,客人可以自行搭配。最有特色的是印度乳酪餃子,香料味濃。各款酸辣醬,有果香味而不辣。熱葷:Punjabi Samosa (咖哩角) Fish Fry (炸魚塊)Butter Chichen (牛油雞)Lamb Roganjoshi (北印度咖哩燉羊肉)Dal Tadka (印度黃豆湯)Pulao Rice (印度米粉)Bombay Onion Bhaji (炸洋蔥蔬菜團)Chicken Tikka (乳酪雞塊)Methi Paneer (胡蘿巴葉凝乳乾酪)Aloo Gobhi (花椰菜薯仔咖哩)Naan (印度烤餅)甜品:Hot Gulab Jamun (炸玫瑰球)Kesari Phirni (印度甜粥)當中幾款菜式最特色,例如:“咖哩角”,被稱為黃金小三角的印度美食,外皮脆卜卜,裏面的肉餡微辣惹味,外脆內軟,雙重口感。“北印度咖哩燉羊肉”,羊肉煮得腍軟入味,咖哩濃香而不辣,非常滋味。“胡蘿巴葉凝乳乾酪”,充滿香草味道的濃稠乳酪湯,內有青豆粒,十分特色。“炸玫瑰球”,特色印度甜點,內餡是果蓉,再淋上糖漿,甜絲絲口感。“印度甜粥”,奶味濃郁,加入果仁,更添美味。“印度烤餅”,有不同味道選擇,蒜蓉味和香草味等,混合咖哩來吃,特別滋味。生果:“西瓜、蜜瓜”追加甜品:“芒果雪芭”,芒果味濃,內有開心果仁,提升口感。飲品:“咖啡”、“芒果奶昔”大吃一頓地道印度菜之後,咖哩濃香仍留在腦海中,一洗以往對印度咖哩辣辣的印象。

每次入西貢都係食海鮮,今日試下新野,去了Jo Jo Indian Cuisine 印度菜館,印度人開設,一定可以食到正宗印度口味。餐廳兩層高,下層是酒吧,二樓是餐廳,仲設有戶外座位可望街景,整間餐廳的裝飾和掛畫都充滿印度色彩,中英文餐牌,部分菜式還有煮法和材料簡介,十分貼心。是日餐單如下:-🍴印度餐前小食炸魚薯條(Anglo-Indian fish N Chips )$118,足夠二人份量,炸魚有一種印度香料獨特的味道,皮脆沒有油膩感覺,配厚切薯條,沾上塔塔醬食,簡直是完美組合。🍴印度燒烤烤無骨雞(Chicken Tikka Kalli Mirch)$120,用黑胡椒、印度香料醃製,再用炭烤製而成,散發著濃濃的香烤味,啖啖肉,配搭兩款醬汁,一款帶酸,另一款清新薄荷味,個人較喜歡後者。🍴印度烤薄餅食印度菜必點嘅烤餅,有9款味道可選,揀了果仁烤餅(Peshawari Naan)$36,夾埋浸透香料嘅鮮蝦,非常好味。🍴蝦類Prawn Kadai $138,這道菜是用新鮮蝦加上印度香料、青胡椒煮成的,色彩鮮豔奪目,共有6隻蝦,都算幾抵食。🍴飯類椰片肉炒飯(Coconut Rice)$62,飯粒較乾身,香濃椰汁味,好味又飽足。🍸Mocktails點了Time for passion & Summer rain,兩款味道都係酸酸甜甜好新清,顏色靚靚,Happy hour 時段,優惠價$42💕整體味道不錯,服務很好,點餐時亦可註明辣度,喜歡印度香料的朋友必定一試愛上

Negroni $78獨特嘅Cocktail,甜甜嘅果味配上濃烈嘅RAM酒,炎炎夏日剛降溫。Earl Grey Tea $38朋友體質唔太好,想飲杯熱飲,茶包是用英國品牌的,絕不馬虎。Crispy Malabar Prawn $128一碟又五隻大蝦,每隻都肉質彈牙,食得出係新鮮蝦,濃濃印度嘅香料味道,外面係用肉碎包住外層再拎去炸香,入口外脆卜卜,加埋少少青檸醬同埋沙律醬,味道層次更加豐富,又唔會太油膩。Saag Paneer $98呢個印度版串燒,材料有自製芝士塊和青椒、甜椒,配上各種傳統印度香料,再放上炭火燒,蔬果同芝士吸收晒印度香料同埋炭火燒嘅香味,兩者配合得啱啱好,無肉不歡嘅我,感覺有少少食緊肉串燒咁。Butter Chicken $120用咗印度牛油作酱汁的基底,入口雞肉塊索盡醇郁的奶油香氣,雞肉亦好滑溜唔會乾爭爭,呢款咖哩唔會太辣啱晒唔食辣嘅我,配埋蒜蓉牛油餅一齊食,更加惹味。Paneer Tikka $115Paneer係印度芝士,同我哋一般食開嘅,佢嘅質地比較似硬豆腐,入口唔會好鹹,配埋磨碎咗嘅菠菜蓉一齊攞嚟煮咖喱食,味道十分特別,呢度菜蔬菜纖維成份十分之高,啱晒健康一族。

星期五放工,特登約朋友去西貢食飯提早黎個開心週末🤓🤓朋友提議去呢一間佢book mark咗好耐嘅印度餐廳,環境好chill,一入門口就係超靚嘅酒吧風格如果想靜靜地食餐飯,上樓上坐亦可以😌叫咗嘢食之後,可以食住免費提供嘅脆餅先,有薄荷乳酪醬、芒果醬等等,酸酸甜甜,幾開胃🤤天氣實在太熱,咁就梗係要叫返杯凍飲想飲返啲有印度特色嘅飲品,所以就叫店員介紹,佢就介紹咗好refreshing既Nassi. 我哋揀咗香蕉同埋芒果味,兩款都唔會死甜,好清新,涼浸浸,冇介紹錯👍🏼👍🏼主菜我哋揀咗Lamb Jalfrezi呢款羊肉菜式,混合咗好多款都好啱香港人口味嘅蔬菜,包括蕃茄、洋蔥、青椒,食落味道唔錯,好濃郁,有甜甜地,而羊肉一啲蘇味都冇,啖啖肉,就好似食緊好入味好林嘅牛腩咁配印度嘅香料飯,又或者薄餅,都非常適合!個醬汁好傑身,好正😊重頭戲!係依隻非常巨大、炭燒嘅蝦!好好食,好出色!炭燒香味非常突出,蝦肉仲保留住水份,唔會乾爭爭,味道亦調校得好好,好惹味,配搭埋墊底嘅蔬菜,成件事非常完美😍

We order dinner set for four, and a tons of alcohol including shooters and cocktails. I think their cocktails are quite impressive, and I like their Margarita! Their Margarita is sweet but with enough lime flavour.Although I am not quite a fan of Indian food fan, I really enioyed the meal here, especially the sauce! The green sauce might be a bit Chilli, but I can tolerate, even I see myself as an intolerant.The place is cozy and is a good option to have chill talk with friends and family!
