好耐無去旅行了,好掛住日本美食!朋友推介左我地黎呢間棉花糖和牛壽喜燒專門店試下,點知有意外驚喜。 兩個人就叫左佢地個鹿兒島黑毛和牛壽喜燒二人餐,另外散叫左啲串燒。 店內有一部棉花糖機,見住店員整棉花糖都幾治癒。棉花糖放落個爐度,加入壽喜燒汁,逐片和牛甘落,店員會問你想要既熟度,好好服務。依隻和牛係鹿兒島A5黑毛和牛,入口即熔,加埋壽喜燒汁,新鮮日本雞蛋汁,滑到不得了,味道口感冇得輸! 食完和牛之後店員就會準備蔬菜壽喜燒鍋配烏冬,同樣好味!餐仲包左芒果雪糕甜品,大滿足。 串燒會好用心甘serve with爐灶,串燒保温之餘仲好香。壽喜燒和牛卷,嫩滑可口,肉汁飽滿。牛舌芯同埋黑豚五花腩燒到剛剛好,調味少少辣又幾惹味。 整體黎講好滿足!香港都可以吃到甘高質既壽喜燒真係要大推!一定再黎!

Dinner at Juji! This is an A5 wagyu sukiyaki experience!They put the raw egg in front of us, as a sauce to be had with our beef! Before we start with the dinner, we had their drinks! Its a pineapple based and apple ginger based mocktail! both are refreshing to have before dinner starts!We had the A5 sukiyaki beef with egg! one of the most amazing sukiyaki i ever tried! beef melt in my mouth, added with the creamy ness of the egg and sweetneess and savouryness of the beef brings everything together! They also have skewers such as beef tongue, pork leek, okra, mushroom, and pumpkin! which are all nicely seasoned, just enough savoury ness to enjoy the skewers!We then have the sukiyaki soup filled with udon, crabstick, mushroom, beans curds, tofu, among others! the taste is really well balanced! it has that sukiyaki flavor, but not too overwhelming but also not bland!
