以前見過呢間Just Eat,但未食過,位於西環長電梯中間一條巷仔裡面,餐廳外面環境好正,好愛這樣的香港。餐廳內環境舒適,座位闊落,我地兩人坐四座位,侍應招呼有禮貌,而且耐心等我地叫餐。我地叫左二人餐,小食叫左牛油雞翼,係炸到飛起果隻,味道一流,但超熱氣,內裡保留有飲汁,唔會太鹹。另外仲有馬拉盞炒通菜,味道夠濃,而且好有鑊氣,d 菜抄完都仲好綠,好好味,夠新鮮!東南亞餐廳必食,生菜包,呢間暫時時我食過嘅東南亞餐廳裏面最好食嘅生菜包,身材分量充足,個餡料辣度亦都好配合,怕辣人士可能要諗諗先叫。加左$10 叫左雞絲扎肉蝦頭油金邊粉,色水同材料都很好,只是味道較淡。飲品方面,叫咗一杯柑桔梳打同埋薄荷青檸疏打,兩杯都唔錯!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

這次是我第二次來這間店吃越粉,依然覺得很好吃才決定寫食評的。相信每個食客的關注的就是份量,是十分足夠的,算是性價比高的。 至於味道,師傅有落足夠的香料,除了為該碗粉提升了不少層次和香氣外,亦都為賣相提高了不少。值得一說的是這碗粉的香烤扎肉,很少在外吃扎肉粉麵時會有香烤底和煙薰,那種香口惹味的味道讓我感到很難忘。至於雞絲也並不是幼幼一條的那種,同時吃起來也沒有雪藏味,是有鮮雞味的那種。而我亦叫了一杯薄荷青檸梳打,口感清爽亦為我帶走炸春卷和煎雞翼的油膩感,所有吃油膩食物的罪疚感亦隨之而去!😹😹這裏是我少有一吃再吃的地方,而每次都是特地坐電車來吃啊~

雖然我沒有在越南旅遊,但在香港已品嚐過不同的牛牛河粉,亦在內地嘗試過蔡蘭開的越店,發現各家都其獨特的口味!今次在一個偏門的位置發現一間越式餐廳。位置雖然是近地鐵站,但位於高尚住宅區的前門,在電梯旁的平台花園。首先是乘電梯到中段,在右手邊會看到一間補習社,再一直前行就會到,所以位置相當偏僻,不是朋友介紹都不可能知道。朋友推介我吃濃味牛湯浸牛肉河$62,我自己再點一份香茅串燒雞$36和一杯柑桔梳打$24。環境:餐廳呈長條形,牆上面有兩幅美麗的越南街景油畫,畫得非常美麗,我很喜歡。座位間寬敞整齊,防疫措施也有做足。食物:濃味牛湯浸牛肉河😋😋😋😋牛肉呈上時半生熟,牛味濃郁,肉質是軟化細嫩,再配上濃烈的牛湯,是牛魔王的至愛!不過河粉較幼身易斷,吃到最後會有很多細碎河粉。湯底呈深啡色,表面浮一層油脂,可以嗅到濃烈的牛味,喝起來卻是沒有油膩感!香茅串燒雞😋😋😋😋兩條串燒,表皮夠香脆,雞肉較結實,表皮的香茅料足,但不會濃。再加喇沙醬,即是花生醬的調味,更好吃。柑桔梳打😋😋😋大杯,夠冰,酸酸甜甜,很開胃!不過可能因地理位置關係,價錢普遍比較高消費。
