大家是否和我有着一樣的煩惱，在減重減脂的時候，外食總是很不方便，始終香港沒有像美國、澳洲般健康有營食肆林立。所以但凡遇到健康又好吃的餐廳，都會馬上bookmark下來，而Kale是我其中最常去的～Kale堅持使用新鮮食材煮烤，不只少油、低鈉又低卡。怕口淡淡的朋友不用擔心，因為Kale會用香料去調味，如cajun powder或pesto，因此就算口味較清淡但不會覺得沒有味道，也不會像一般外食給人的油膩感！最貼心的地方是他們除了有低升糖指數糙米飯，也有瘦身人士大愛的cauliflower rice，因為白椰菜花的顏色與煮熟後的口感相似白飯，熱量非常低又有飽肚感，可以說是減肥恩物！

想試依間沙律好耐，朋友介紹話好食又夠飽，仲要係黃店，不過就小小貴，（但係中環食乜都係貴㗎啦）鋪頭細細，大概坐到10零個人，最好都係外賣返office食。食沙律做lunch最怕食完下晝4, 5點就開始肚餓，所以今次order左大size，點知原來勁飽，可能因為有quinoa同南瓜，女仔都係叫返small size就夠啦。重點係佢嘅tuna！好好食！有seasoned過，好香麻油味，而且份量多，咪睇佢好似切到好薄，其實好多塊。

食過好多次kale了，不過較為少食沙律。如果真係食沙律，都主攻菜。唔知做乜今次特然想試埋quinoa，發現好正，就寫寫食評。佢既salad好處係菜類算多。次次一定會叫kale啦，話哂superfood。之後會要roasted veggie，因為可以有好幾款菜，包括南瓜，秋葵，蕃茄等等。之後會要紅菜頭啦，超好既detox食物。通常就咁就一盒，不過今日當晚餐就要埋quinoa。發現佢quinoa量多，有種好紮實既飽肚咁。佢都煮得好有咬口，唔會1 pat pat咁，值得encore！

The highlight of the meal — sliders with plantain and sweet potato fries.
Jack fruit is our stable which resembles pulled pork
And Fala fit is something new but the chickpea was a bit too powdery so it didnt really stick and it was difficult to eat it to be honest. Will go for tofu next time...

But the plantain fries and sweet potato fries are our go-to!! So good! My mouth is watering now and can’t wait to get more.

I have also ordered the nutty banana wrap as my snack for the movie.

    The chicken was as tender as usual. My friends were surprised by how juicy it was as they thought it must be dry and bland.
    We ordered slider no1 and 4. I am telling you the BBQ pulled jackfruit is a winner!! It’s just like pork and it’s so flavourful and juicy. It’s a must try and no1 was okay but it’s nothing when compared with no4! Trust me, your mind will be blown after trying no4.

    The fries are amazing as well. The portion was so much and we were so full. But I still managed to devour my entire Nutty Banana wrap.

He said he was so full and couldn’t eat much. And eventually, he didnt eat much... I managed to devour the entire thing on my own without finishing the chicken though.

      As a person who is on strict diet now, I am very curious about their serving portion for the chicken- which seems to be so much!

      My boyfriend who didnt have much appetite ordered the Kale Dyno which included Kale and apple. He said it was quite filling but it was quite sugary as well.

      Probably one thing to criticise would be the sitting area which is honestly quite packed... I hurt myself for bombarding into chairs for a number of times. Apart from that, everything was more than fine!

      After my personal training session, didnt want my effort to go to waste. I decided to head to Kale for a better brunch. It was not easy to locate it.       It was not easy to finally decide to go for a small salad with Cajun chicken. The staff there kinda challenged me for saying “small will be more than enough for you” while i was still contemplating whether i should add fries or what. But I am glad that he made that comment.
      It was not easy to finish the whole box but I managed to finish the whole thing with nothing left. The Cajun chicken was nice and there was too much beetroot to my liking. It has Kale of course and I have ordered the weekly special which would be spinach and bell peppers. But I dont actually quite understand how it works ... like for the portion of different things. Can I alternate them?
      I am tempted to try the wrap and the tofu. Will come back and try to ask for different combinations.

      The tomato and bell pepper soup was nice but it costed $40. I wont recommend it as it is too pricy when compared with the huge salad which was $98.

      There were some flies hovering when I almost finished my meal. Need to give them a bit of a wave. But I enjoyed this meal and will definitely come back as when compared with Mana, this place has air-con!

      Best Salad Place in Central- Great Value!

      I've been going to kale for the past year and getting Combo A- the Cajun Chicken and Sweet potato Fries, its so good and they are very consistent, and as a big eater, the generous amount of meat and fries is amazing. i have also tried their sliders which is also good, the place is a great casual dining place or take away, they are always packed during office lunch times but always have great service and delivery times. Cannot recomment them more
