雖然每次金潮都要排隊,但都係值得等嘅。炒小菜煮功最緊要,一定要夠熱、唔好太咸丶又唔好太油,真係唔容易,我覺得金潮都幾平衡到,個人對炒小菜真係唔特別熱衷,但講到食金潮,我又會好樂意😂 最好一班人聚會去食,可以食多幾個小菜,有啲香口丶有啲醫肚、有啲餸飯,每碟野份量都啱啱好,唔會太多或太少,個人推介就一定係豉油王墨魚咀餸酒一流,冰梅骨餸飯冇得輸,個人喜好就魚香茄子煲,其他野之前都試過,都非常穩定地好食,絕對係有誠意做食物嘅餐廳,一定會繼續幫襯💪
