今日中午12點幾在旺角諗住搵間野食慢慢坐等兩半返學行到龜井門口見到有數人衝入去食好似好熱鬧咁~咁就羊群效應咁入左去喇見到有$26超值套餐一個係飯,一個係sushi咁就諗住兩個人每一叫一個落單時個老闆娘"介紹"d"超值套餐"好少料提議叫"定食",貴多八蚊跟住就叫左一個超值一個定食喇點知個定食同超值既分量冇咩分別食物水平一般因為少野食,所以好快就食完喇我地諗住坐多陣先走點知老闆見到出面有人等位就立即"自動埋單"真係高效率..........咁我地就唔好意思再坐多陣喇搞到好似去米線鋪咁食完就趕住走...

先講下鐵板燒, 牛柳份量都幾大件, 肉質新鮮軟熟, 有牛味, 加上煎得好香, 配埋蒜香, 都幾好味, 唔錯; 而羊鞍一客得兩隻, 羊鞍唔算好肥, 不過就非常香酥, 而且肉質好嫩, 幾好; 銀雪魚亦都煎得好香, 魚身夠鬆軟, 不過都幾腥, 唔多吸引, 扣唔少分; 珍寶鮮生蠔鐵板燒師傅都係第一次, 起初都幾擔心, 皆因都幾驚會燒得又老又韌, 點知放入口發覺都幾新鮮, 幾軟熟, 一d都唔老, 再加埋煙肉燒得非常香口, 真係唔錯!

而熱浪卷就幾鬼得意, 熱浪卷裡面有d蟹柳, 配少少沙律醬, 而外面就係一粒粒碎嘅熱浪薯片, 入口都幾醒胃加上好有創意, 掂喎; 而蝦兵卷就係壽司裡面卷住蝦肉, 而外面就鋪滿蟹子, 都幾好味, 但如果要揀師傅覺得熱浪卷吸引少少! 飯後仲送上兩客雪糕, 有芝麻同綠茶味, 芝麻就幾甜, 唔夠香, 反而綠茶清清地, 冇咁甜好味d!

總括黎講食物質素都幾好, 服務殷勤有禮, 而地方都幾舒服, 加上唔多人, 靜靜地都幾好, 而價錢都唔平架, 埋單啱啱五舊水, 不過如果單以鐵板燒黎講, 就都算經濟, 可以接受啦; 師傅覺得如果想試下鐵板燒, 呢一間都絕對試得過, 所以一定有機會再黎, 笑臉值得一比!

八月二十五日因是囡囡的生日, 同她看完太空館的影片後,她想食鐵板燒.便想到去龜井.於是一家四口便坐的士到旺角了.其實今年情人節那天亦到過龜井食;但那次坐得比較迫及可能人多的關係,想食的鮑魚已沒有了,同時煮食物的次序及分發都很混亂!但我諗了'人多' 這個藉口給它!估唔到它真的是這麼差......首先講講,我們是坐在鐵板燒枱,但是比較邊的右面位置,廚師已在左面的鐵板對住那些客人在煮他們的食物.很久也沒有人給我們菜牌,要我們問了兩次才拿到!由于他們的水族箱在維修,他們那天沒有鮑魚,我們唯有叫了龍蝦餐,雜錦魚生飯定食及薄燒牛肉.第一樣食物是細細兜的菜沙律,可以看得出不是即叫即整,菜身略乾!之後侍應在爐旁拿了一碟煎雪魚給左面鄰座的客人,後來才知放錯了又把這碟煎雪魚放在我們同右邊那兩位客人中間的枱上,因我們都看不到爐火那位置,所以都不知是他們的還是我們的.我們互相對望了幾眼,最終都是我老公把它移到我們的前面......龍蝦是細得可憐....炒飯是熱的但感覺是早已炒好在爐上再乘在碗內給我們,沒有鑊氣(因我又看不到廚師在炒!), 炒雜菜都有這感覺.......整個過程感覺不被尊重 !!!!!再說雜錦魚

我不會再去光顧的了!

尋晚再去龜井食鐵板燒,因為太耐冇去喇。正如其他人所講,啲o野真係咸左,返屋企要飲大量嘅水。食左一個鮑魚套餐:當然有兩隻鮑魚啦: 細細隻,不過煮得o岩o岩好,唔un。等左十五分鐘先再o黎第二道菜: 魚 (唔知咩魚 ),不過都好滑。跟住就係炒麵同雞: 炒麵我覺得都不過不失...但係碟雞就啲醬汁就勁咸...要扣分。雪糕上碟嘅時候就溶哂....食完唔覺飽..

突然想食鐵板燒所以行左入去食喇, 見倒d 餐其實又唔係好貴又好似好多野食咁. 叫左個龍蝦餐龍蝦真係新鮮即整 ,但係其他野食真係冇得講一個字形容::bad. 唔知點解佢連我覺得咁差, 好似太過salt而我又對salty ge野好反感. 廚師唔算好lo聊極佢講野都唔應(關於野食)但是又一路偷聽我同個frd講野=.=" 食鐵樣燒其中一樣原因都係想同廚師交流下lo等我話佢知我d 意願(想點食點整)不過呢d 我諗都係留番hotel or high class ge 餐廳先做到. 食左5舊幾水姐都係都唔好咁大期望 ,但我覺得d野食真係唔得呢 其實想食鐵板燒去隔離間上野仲好 哈哈 我去過 d 廚師都靚仔+好人d.

鐵板銀雪魚骨腩: 7分, 叫得銀雪魚骨腩, 果真係好多骨, 食落係啖啖骨的, 香口就係香口的, 但係實在吃得幾麻煩.

鐵板雞扒: 7分, 相比係牛肉來講, 雞扒始終不算好適合作為鐵板燒的食材. 雞肉的醬汁本身就幾惹味的.

和風炒野菜: 7分, 難得弟兄C一同吃午餐, 這碟菜當然係不可少的. 同樣係吃菜, 這個炒野菜係比野菜沙律好得多, 炒得算乾身, 菜也比較新鮮, 就成碟留給弟兄C吃好了.

日式鐵板帶子炒麵 $36: 5分, 炒得認真一般, 無火氣, 麵條係硬硬的, 也下多了油. 沒有吃到帶子, 不知道味道如何呢?

豚肉生薑燒定食 $34: 7分, 豚肉都算不錯了, 跟著洋蔥一齊吃都香口的, 係嫌肉質偏實.

芝麻雪糕 +$2: 8分, 只要加$2就有球雪糕, 選了芝麻味的, 雪糕的質地係比較粗糙的, 但係芝麻味夠香. $2一球, 也實在不能錯過.

整體食物的水準尚算不俗, 加上幾抵食的, 環境也幾舒適, 滿意的一餐.

感覺就好似一班唔識煮野食既人~求其整d熟左既野食比你食就算~
仲殘忍過美女廚房既食物~

唔好食...搞到浪費晒所有既野食~又搞到食得唔開心~!!!價錢仲要唔係平~300幾蚊埋單~
但係食既野全部都係d下賤菜...芽菜做主打...

希望大家真係諗清楚先入去食,或者一個個送叫,試左先喇~

同一位好耐無見面朋友去, 無坐鐵板燒前面, 點咗二人海老鐵板套餐, 加$20由牛肉轉羊肉, 惡夢開始了.......首先上咗四件好細蝦肉, (但沒上沙律, 沒上點佐料), 細問下先知上錯咗, 跟住上咗二件好細細銀雪魚(無味), 補上二隻蝦頭加四件蝦肉, 再上羊肉六成熟食起嚟好老, 無味, 用好多先走過油蒜泥, 好難食, 再上菜同炒飯, 一樣無味, 同樣用好多走過油蒜泥。但買單仲問你好唔好食?會唔會太咸?同佢講有沒上沙律同沒上佐料又出少蝦, 佢就話做咗十幾年, 真係吹脹.....******二人套餐食唔飽, $300一D都唔平(兩個女仔食)******男女廁係唔可以用, 因為洗手台同馬桶跟本就貼在一齊******食完成身好大臭味(唔坐鐵板燒枱)另一提, 服務員倒水都幾快....

Intro 那段- "愛吃日式鐵板燒的人士不會不知道龜井的好處 。"...真的很主觀啊。我愛吃鐵板燒但真的不太理解到龜井的好處。要了個一人前的牛扒餐﹐再另叫了大號的美國珍寶蠔(不在menu但會對每檯推介)和鵝肝。前菜是大豆牙菜用類似豆板醬的醃料做膽來調味﹐這個不吃也吧但要收費的。1) 沙拉: 小得可憐﹐是用小小的0者喱杯乘。2) 先來大虎蝦和三文魚: 脫了殼的虎蝦再開了花後size立刻變了蝦仁﹐3文還好一小舊半生熟但有小許腥味配那蒜味十足的醬料還可入口。3) 牛柳: 這個不錯﹐但在烹調時已下了蒜...食來食去都係蒜味4) 蠔: 是以煙肉洋蔥做調味...不過不失但很油膩。5) 鵝乾: 還可以不過不失味道淡了點。6) 麵豉湯: 幾好﹐不太咸。8) 黃金炒飯: 吃了兩啖我便要對面那位包底﹐味道是4分...雖炒得夠乾身但蛋粒也乾身了。調味單調沒驚喜! 當你食到差不多飽之際實再給不了甚麼理由再吃下它。9) 炒什菜: 又是用蒜蓉來作調味...不過不失喇~10) 芝麻雪糕: 幾香但奶味很重和對我來說稍甜。空調是夠的但通風做得不夠好所以有少許煙霧彌漫和吃後全身會是油煙味。價錢確實不貴一人前餐好像是$1

價錢確實不貴一人前餐好像是$189﹐鵝肝大概$110﹐蠔$70 (雖會收service charge,
茶錢和前菜錢) 但是食物質素不高﹑環境不是出色﹑味道又不是很好...
服務也可以的﹐都幾禮貌, 但清潔嬸嬸在路過時將水桶挨再我對面那位身上...-_-"

per head要$200...我想我絕對有緊好算擇吧! 希望下次會碰上~
