今日午飯時間在深水涉,經過喀什米爾咖喱屋,很想吃印度菜, 但因時間不夠,唯有外賣回公司吃。見店外的桌子上有咖喱角、雞脾、肉卷、薄餅等,最後選了咖喱角(羊肉、薯仔)及雞脾。 紅色的去皮雞脾應該是傳統印度Tandoori 烤雞的烹調方法,咬下去雞肉尚算嫰滑,不太乾,印度香料味道不算濃,不太spicy, 我個人覺得味道可以濃噃少少。咖喱角的確挺大隻,很飽肚,外面的脆皮很鬆脆,裏面無論是羊肉或薯仔,饀料都分量十足。羊肉咖喱味道温和,不能吃辣者都應該無問題,但可以spicy一點;薯仔咖喱香料味相對重一點,味道不錯。以8元(薯仔)、10元(羊肉角)和20元 (雞脾)的價錢來,雖然食味未算頂級精彩,但實在是超值的印度小食。

嚟到主菜Chicken Tikka Masala,呀!講真,見到個汁嘅香濃郁,已經忍唔住淋係白飯上面。味道有層次,由酸轉辣,呢碗咖哩真系正呀!👌牛肉卷餅呢,外層酥脆,入口即溶,芒果酸乳就伴得刁鑽,滋味鮮甜,完美平衡哂嗰種香濃嘅香料辣味。

至於賣相普通嘅Palak Paneer,佢嘅味道就亡羊補牢,芝士同菠菜混埋,簡直係健康同幸福感爆燈!😋而個椰菜,炒得軟綿綿仲有少少焦香,勁贊。成餐食落去,我哋兩個嘅肚皮都滿足到唔得了。下次還會再黎,推薦俾鍾意印度菜嘅你哋!🍛

換了廚師!保持不到水準 ....一直有幫襯開這間餐廳,眼見廚師轉了,味道也跟正常的,截然不同,這個廚師應該是新手 ~點解我會知 .... 因為我都是印度菜廚師 ~咖哩牛腩飯 : 煮這個咖哩牛腩,油量是用多了,其中一個原因就是廚師冇功夫,怕爆香料嘅時候,時間拍掌握不好,怕黐鑊黐底,又怕煮燶香料 ..... however, 香料味道是明顯不足,調配上有問題,香料又未能完全出味; 牛腩是入味又軟綿的,但這個不是咖哩的精髓,要知道個汁底才是靈魂所在 ~Chicken Tikka Biryani 印度雞柳炒飯 : 正確的譯名應該是 "烤雞件炒飯" , 因為 Chicken Tikka 就是印度烤雞件的意思 , 可以咁講 , 店子小小, 肯定就沒有 Tandoor 烤爐,所以這個雞件就不是烤的 , 而係是煎炸的 , 這個已是敗筆! 雞件又乾又硬,不在話下,這個炒飯炒得不夠香口,最大的問題是,用的香料也不恰當! 雖然用的是 basmati 米,但就跟 Chicken Tikka Biryani 這道菜的原本味道 , 相差甚遠 ~本篇完 ~

不時會去深水埗行街,雖然未必會入去食咖哩餐,但每次都會外賣咖哩角回家。薯仔咖哩角,$20/3隻。牛肉咖哩角,$24/3隻。牛肉咖哩角入面都係有薯仔的。回家後外皮可能變腍,只要用Airfryer氣炸幾分鐘,就會外脆內熱。我試過放入雪櫃幾天都無問題,氣炸後變回香脆,任何時候都可翻熱享用。內餡不論是牛肉還是薯仔都好吃,薯仔餡有薯蓉和薯粒,口感很好。充滿咖哩香,不會很辣。內餡有很多香料,例如茴香、辣椒、豆蔻等,所以香上加香。這間印店的咖哩角十分適合港人口味,又平又大隻。

服務都OK嘅,不過得一個阿姐喺舖面,落單、傳菜、收銀都係佢,佢都做到踢晒腳。

環境同衛生情況一般,都係深水埗區食店質素啦。不過冷氣唔係幾夠,夏天去再食埋咖喱都幾熱吓。

本身都好少食印度餐,尤其係特登去印度人開嘅地道餐廳,對上一次都有五年。呢次黎到平民地方深水埗試下,地點好就腳,但唔起眼,係一間日式餐廳隔離,唔留意嘅都可能會skip左佢入面環境話你知佢真係接近冇乜裝修,裝飾同設計都係近零,完全同一間小食店無異,不過有陣咖哩味,你就清楚明白晒選擇都唔少,先黎Samosa咖哩角,呢個係素嘅,餡料係薯茸,$14有兩隻都算抵食,外脆內軟真係好滋味咖喱我地叫左牛腩,一樣係好好味,不過睇落似港式咖喱汁,不過至少佢真係比左六舊有多你,唔係牛肉片,而且好淋,做得好入味薄餅唔係Naan Bread,感覺差少少,不過佢都好食,口感煙靭,好似有8塊咁多叫多個飯食,什菜Biryani,味道香濃,中間有一舊大椰菜花同薯仔,我覺得佢可以切返細粒啲,賣相同味道掂,只係兩大舊菜扣少少分除左環境,食物質素係幾好,建議大家都試下叫個甜酸,佢係乳酪,女朋友話想叫多杯添,但唔好叫奶茶,我飲落仲差過港式,可能我飲唔慣掛。。。

選擇都唔少,先黎Samosa咖哩角,呢個係素嘅,餡料係薯茸,$14有兩隻都算抵食,外脆內軟真係好滋味

咖喱我地叫左牛腩,一樣係好好味,不過睇落似港式咖喱汁,不過至少佢真係比左六舊有多你,唔係牛肉片,而且好淋,做得好入味

薄餅唔係Naan Bread,感覺差少少,不過佢都好食,口感煙靭,好似有8塊咁多

除左環境,食物質素係幾好,建議大家都試下叫個甜酸,佢係乳酪,女朋友話想叫多杯添,但唔好叫奶茶,我飲落仲差過港式,可能我飲唔慣掛。。。

平民地道印度菜簿餅一定係無得輸膽粗粗試下叫左個菠菜咖哩芝士,諗住試下其他款式咖哩,唔好一味點黃青紅咖哩。雖然賣相唔吸引,但食落口,味道無黃咖哩咁辣,但都有咁香,入面有正方體一粒粒芝士,中和反d辣味。香蕉簿餅好有香蕉🍌味,十分甜,但太油膩。燒春雞唔辣的,加少少🤏🏻檸檬🍋汁,十分叼味,更好食😋。芒果酸乳就係芒果🥭汁加酸奶,因為酸乳關係,所以會有飽和感。

香蕉簿餅好有香蕉🍌味,十分甜,但太油膩。
燒春雞唔辣的,加少少🤏🏻檸檬🍋汁,十分叼味,更好食😋。
芒果酸乳就係芒果🥭汁加酸奶,因為酸乳關係,所以會有飽和感。

朋友想試下印度菜,咁岩經過見到附近有得食就去試試!間餐廳係內街入面,不過其實都好近地鐵站好易搵。鋪頭出面就已經見到個印度伯伯,綠色個牌都好易認。我地住附近所以叫左外賣,首先叫左個Dal fry (咖哩豆)。幾好食,食得出落左好多香料,配埋paratha食好夾。除左豆之外,裡面仲有洋蔥同蕃茄,味道好豐富。第二個叫左beef sagwaia(菠菜咖哩牛肉),牛腩都幾大舊,同埋唔硬,有煮腍。不過啲菠菜咖哩相對咖哩豆啲咖哩比較稀,所以無咁掛到落paratha到,而且食落有啲油。芒果汁少少杰,而且都幾甜。不過我覺得啲味道同平時食個啲有啲唔同,有陣特別既香味,我自己唔太中意...Paratha(油酥餅)係跟餐,每個餐兩塊。其實比較失望既係啲佢有啲硬同厚,食落無想像中咁鬆化。而且其實都好大塊,兩塊真係食唔晒😂值得讚既係個伯伯幾好人,幾有笑容同不停叫我地係鋪頭裡面等外賣,無咁熱👍🏼
