是日約了沒見多時的舊同事食lunch, 舊同事二選一就選了這裡.這裏吃飯, 似乎book 檯唔少得, 十二點幾, 已經爆哂棚.地下稍稍逼, 二樓就乎好一點, 出出入入都沒有問題.ABCD 餐, 我要了西冷羊意粉, 舊同事就點了鴨胸麵.這裡的特色是支裝水+ 不收加一.薯仔沙律, 少少地但都幾好味, 沙律醬唔會太重手.羊扒來到, 切件上, 賣相不錯, 還有幾件脆玉瓜.裡面仍是六成熟, 帶點血紅色; 吃下去羊羶味不太重, 但質感卻是少數的好吃, 沒有雪味之餘, 件件都可以吃下, 沒有渣.汁已是配角, 不過用來伴意粉不錯; 意粉也沒有煮腍, ok; 鴨胸麵據報也不錯.$52 吃好味羊西冷, 其實都幾抵食.

話說在這裡開業之初來過一次,轉眼已幾年,是日跟朋友吃午飯,想不著有什麼地方,又記起這裡。這裡其實不差,幾好坐,唯獨是空調略稍不太足夠。檯上照舊放了一支樽裝蒸餾水,除了不太環保以外,都算幾企理。先來每人一客薯仔沙律,吃到幾香薯仔味,味道甚不錯。主菜選了西冷羊,切件的羊扒躲在濃濃醬汁下,老實說,賣相一般。但吃落味道又不錯,羊扒不羶,肉質卻嫩滑,配上帶點微酸的醬汁,意料之外的美味。配上薯角,炸得不算太脆口,夾著羊扒及醬汁來吃,轉眼已清碟。朋友的是極黑豬扒,煎得外表微脆,吃了一件,有肉汁又不韌,幾鬆化,有水準。餐後不包飲品,但卻有免費生果供應,是日的是蘋果。埋單吃羊西冷的就50蚊,吃極黑豬扒就79蚊,不收加一,幾抵食的,仍然可以一試。

4)homemade tiramisu
-是類似ice cream style的做法
-切下去,很挺身,入口上面嗰層似雪糕,但質感怪怪的,有小小似綿花糖的膠質,估計落手了凝固劑(例如:魚膠粉)
-唔得

-食物味道尚可,有d做得好,有d唔多得,扯平

-因有好多款信用咭有8折(滙豐同恒生除外),所以埋單soho區(雖是邊皮位)唔洗$150/人落樓,已好抵

-樓上好幽靜,最後剩下我哋1枱,獨佔全層

-服務亦很nice

十二點八到九如坊, 只有四個食客. 一座底,waitress比個menu同一碟好細既薯仔salad我地, 感覺怪怪的! 我地叫左一個牛尾意粉及羊西冷薯菜,等左五分鐘就有得食。牛尾好淋, 羊好彈牙,份量唔算大, 所以唔使十五分鐘清晒. 最後就係自選水果, 香蕉及布林, 係自己出去BAR 枱攞. 整個lunch前後唔需要半個鐘搞掂, 但離開郤無滿足的感覺. 所以惟有去食甜品.

光顧九如坊已經很多次,包括一次dinner和4、5次lunch,皆印象良好。特別喜歡星期六在這裡吃一個人的午餐,沒有了平日午飯時間的人流,星期六往往只有三數客,坐在近大門處,看著靜靜的九如坊和對面七十年代外觀的“中區健康院”,非常悠閒。我特別喜歡點pasta set,它在材料、意粉的處理和汁料都不會讓你覺得驚為天人,但每一次都保持不俗的水準。每一次我都食到清碟又捧著肚子走。它的餐湯則見到它的誠意,不是“紅/ 白”茶餐廳湯,而是你會喝到牛尾濃湯和海鮮濃湯! 以$48一個pasta set的價錢,實在無話可說。餐前的法飽焗得外脆內軟又熱熱地,真的很好吃!又有一大盤水果免費供人作飯後果,雖然不是什麼貴價水果,但又是令人窩心的。雖然餐飲要另加$10,我依然覺得物有所值,我不明白為什麼除了平日午飯,其餘時間咁冷清。

豬年近,吃過不少豬做的製成品,創發的豬尾、VQ的彈牙豬扒、灘萬的黑豚、King Luwind的鹹豬手...但來自美國的極黑豬,午市索價六十八大洋,幾有趣,又抱著鬧著玩的心態試試。小店玩開放式廚房概念,換來是煙霧瀰漫,肉味迫人,餐飲要加錢,但每位奉送免費的Bonaqua礦泉水一支,算是打個和。黑豬如圖示,非VQ的厚厚切,但又較港式薄切厚幾厘米,煎得幾嫩口,肉質本身不俗有少少彈牙感覺,豬肉肉質,好、差一吃便知騙不到的,肉是收貨的,但配套的薯菜及燒汁,擺脫不了港式感覺。感覺不是好差,但附近同級的食肆不少,就連大煙小店Gough 39a都換舖,亦變得乾淨起來時,好似找不著理由再來?

I like the place without much fancy stuff. It is a humble restuarant with ordinary food made in warm and homey way, especially at fair price in the Soho area. Sometimes people like me just want a place to eat with friends and chat. A lot of restaurants in the area cannot do that at fair price (I mean getting what I pay for), with such caring and attentive services.

很久沒有寫食評,但面對極力推介,浪漫而有Hone Feel的氣氛,價錢相宜,廚師用心之作,我一定要重拾筆去寫食評中午時永遠都爆滿,於是在男朋友生日那天和他去一試。當日是星期六晚,竟然一個人都沒有,我們是全店唯一一枱人客,如果不是平日中午也有幫襯,真是以為是食品差而沒有食客.我們上了樓上男友生日,我們叫一個三文魚意粉($98),另一個是煎西蘭扒.三文意真是弄得很好,不似其他一樣令三文魚魚肉死死實實,他們煮得剛剛好,魚肉是很滑,我倆都十分驚喜.至於西蘭扒都很出色,叫他七成熟,真是剛剛好.我們坐樓上角落的一個位(推介位置),望著窗外的吊扇,真是以為自去了曼谷。以兩個人三百元的價格在SoHo附近食到這樣”一級”水平的食品,比起在SoHo每人差不多要食三百元的餐廳,我真是覺得很值,亦建議大家去試。

個個都淨係寫"九如坊"嘅lunch,等我講吓佢哋嘅dinner。我前幾日同我弟弟去食晚飯,見到坐了8成客,於是我們被招呼到樓上坐。老板tony好好人,講了幾次"唔好意思",因為樓下無位,要我哋坐樓上,又送了一碟燒墨魚咀比我哋做小食~so sweet! 我叫了澳洲雪花西冷牛扒,我弟弟叫了baby羊膝,再加一瓶紅酒,當然還有他們很出名的麵包。我食牛扒出名麻煩,又要1成熟~即係切開要有血水流出(如果牛扒不新鮮是不會流血的)又唔駛汁~只用黑胡椒粉及海鹽,這樣才可以完全品嘗到肉的鲜味。牛扒雖然唔係好多油花~正合現在追求健康飲食的潮流,但勝在肉質鬆軟,肉味香濃。我用刀在中間切開,剛剛1成熟,大厨的功夫值得一讚,(比我上次在parklane 27樓的扒房食的做得還好)。而羊膝亦很嫩滑,至於麵包就用多講,保持一貫水準~外面鬆脆,裡面超軟滑。老板tony有時會過來閒聊幾句,好有at home feel。這裡服務又好,地方幾骨子,價錢又平,好啱拍住拖嚟candle light dinner。

Very bad experience indeed.Got to lunch and ordered pork ribs and they were uncooked and the spagetti stings too!And after complaint, they put the ribs into microwave for some cooking but they still came back "RAW".I am sorry to say that the experience is pretty unpleasant and no-one should recommend this restaurant to other customers.

Got to lunch and ordered pork ribs and they were uncooked and the spagetti stings too!
And after complaint, they put the ribs into microwave for some cooking but they still came back "RAW".
I am sorry to say that the experience is pretty unpleasant and no-one should recommend this restaurant to other customers.

Environment: It's not easy to find out its location on the map. Actually, its name is exactly the same as the place it is situated. Kau U Fong is beside Aberdeen Street and it's just a block away from Lin Heung Restaurant. It's quite easy to find a parking space there, especially at weeknights, though there isn't any parking meter or carpark nearby. Right upstairs is the first floor which is quite perfect for holding a private party.

Taste: I have to spend a few words to introduce the bakery here. It's the best bread i've ever had. I would say that it's even better than that served in COVA. The timing and the temperature control of the oven is flawless. Under its golden crisp crust is the snow-white core as soft as candy floss. And most importantly, it's still very warm!! I forgot what i ordered as I paid the visit nearly half a year ago. (it shouldn't be bad btw) However, the bread has already left an incredible memory for me.

Service: I have no special comment in this field. Basically, the waiters are quite responsive.

Price: It costs around $120 (excluding beverage) for a set dinner. You can have a candle dinner with your beloved which only costs you a little bit over $120. What else can you ask for?

Cleanliness: It's neat and tidy. You can notice that the cushion sheets have been washed regularly. ^o^ So, don't worry to hug the cushions for the whole night.

聽LQ介紹唔錯,所以我又拉埋班同事去試下。初時以為地方細細,原來還有二樓,二樓地方較闊落,同事好鐘意呢度d環境覺得好舒服。一坐低有一碟細細份的沙律,之後我o地6個人分別叫了鵝汗汁煎牛扒、香辣蕃茄汁龍柳、咖哩橙汁豬扒同日式照燒雞扒。可以配飯、意粉及薯菜,我o地大多都係配薯菜,而且可以淨要翠玉瓜,唔要炸薯角。我自己食龍柳,size幾大,我估多數都係雪藏,冇乜魚味。不過d香辣蕃茄汁就極之野味,可能我只係配翠玉瓜關係,所以覺得唔夠飽。而其餘三款我都有續一"試味",總結之後發覺D配汁係最好味,用來配飯真係一流。再加多10蚊有杯餐飲,之後仲有一盆飯後果任揀。食物水準一般啦、埋單平均每人55蚊,係中環o黎講叫做ok啦
