天氣開始轉涼,兩口子到中環居酒屋吃串燒晚餐。串燒屋裝修充滿日本地道居酒屋的風格。牆上貼滿了日式海報,還有舊式的衣架和不同日本風格的裝飾品。所有食物都是即叫即做,食材高質。餐牌選擇很多,主要以串燒為主,我們也看得花多撩亂,不知選擇什麼才對。最後選了幾種我們最喜歡吃的串燒, 十分有滿足感。前菜:金平牛蒡牛蒡清脆可口,口感獨特,有微甜的調味,讓人一口接一口。羊架焗得恰到好處,外皮微焦,內裡肉質鮮嫩多汁。牛舌、紫蘇墨魚卷牛舌非常爽口彈牙。墨魚卷配上清香的紫蘇,同樣爽口彈牙。雞腎雞臂燒得恰到好處,入口非常爽脆。茶漬飯(三文魚)熱騰騰的茶漬飯配搭着鮮嫩的三文魚,還有蘿蔔,口感清新好味。免治雞肉鮮嫩的雞肉烤得表皮微焦,內裡多汁,蘸着新鮮的蛋黃,令雞肉特別入口順滑。照燒魷魚筒原隻魷魚燒得剛剛好。入口爽脆加上秘製的燒汁鹹鹹甜甜的,十分新鮮好味。燒白鱔白鱔的外皮香脆,內裡肉質細膩,完全沒有腥味,讓人回味無窮。廚師推介蟹味噌甲羅焼甲羅燒的蟹膏香氣四溢,搭配迷你輕烤飯團,飯團蘸着蟹膏吃,份外滋味。燒魚餅魚餅外脆內嫩,口感絕佳。蘸着喼汁,魚味提升了不少,煎得亦夠甘香。鮟鱇魚肝鮟鱇魚肝入口即溶,口感細膩而濃郁。朝鮮醬燒墨魚咀醬汁很入味,墨魚咀夠彈牙爽口。明太子雞翼雞翼釀得很飽滿,配上微辣的明太子,十分惹味好味。豚肉蘆筍卷豚肉很惹味入味,與蘆筍的清脆相互融合。汁煮翡翠螺翡翠螺很大隻入味,醬汁甜甜的,非常好味。廚師推介的每一樣食物都十分出色。結帳時方知道9:30 後光顧,還可享受全單八五折的優惠。噢!下次要試試九時半後才來。

呢日收工同母親大人去咗中環一間串燒酒吧🍡~一入門口就好似去咗日本咁🎍,啱晒收工嚟飲返杯🍻~呢度有好多唔同嘅串燒同前菜,推介啲我哋最喜歡嘅💗💗~串燒必吃係牛舌👅~呢間切得有啲厚度,咬落啖啖肉,又有油份👍~仲有呢個紫蘇墨魚卷🦑,墨魚卷好彈牙好食~加埋紫蘇獨有嘅香味🍃,我同母親大人都超鍾意😍~除咗餐牌上嘅餐點,黑板上仲有啲是日推介~我哋就試咗呢個炙燒左口魚邊🐟~燒完有啲焦香🔥,又有魚油香~最邪惡仲要加埋三文魚籽🤩~其實淨係咁已經夠我送一碗飯做一餐🍚~見佢呢度有A5和牛西冷🐮,一於試下~因為塊扒油脂比較多,燒嘅時候已經好觸目🥰~熱辣辣上檯,見到中間切開仲係嫩紅色😋,超吸睛~一入口,啲油花喺口入面爆開🌟~呢個和牛西冷真係好推薦👍👍👍!另外仲叫咗個銀鱈魚西京燒,魚肉超級嫩滑😙~但我喜歡濃味,覺得佢嘅醬汁唔夠味~最後如果唔飽仲可以加個燒飯團🍙,佢哋有醬油同味噌~我自己就覺得醬油脆啲🍘,但味噌就惹味啲~呢度氣氛超好,啱晒收工嚟~佢哋仲有好多清酒選擇🍶~可惜我唔太識飲,只係叫咗黑啤🍺~如果晚上9.30後嚟,清酒會有半價,仲會有全單85折添🈹️!Klook 3%優惠碼: HELENCKLOOK

I think I’ve been to this place years ago. Last time I was sitting at the counter and the smell from the grill was very strong. This time they changed the setting and perhaps I also sat at the table rather than the counter, there wasn’t a slight charcoal smell in the restaurant at all, which was excellent! Getting the authentic grill without having the smell on my hair and clothing.👍🏻Since I booked a table, they wrote my last name (in English) on a little card with the rest of the text in Japanese. A nice touch! From Monday through Friday, they picked one lunch set to apply discount. The grilled Kurobuta Pork set was on discount for the day and we would like to order that anyway. We also picked the grilled seasonal fish set from the other menu, which was 鰤魚 that day.Both proteins were tender and flavourful. Each set had 2 big portions of meat, a miso soup, together with a sizable salad featuring dried corn, carrot and raspberry and a dessert. The puff with chocolate cream was yummy, which set a nice finish.
