星期五晚,我同太太去咗旺角一間泰國餐廳食晚餐,主打泰式串燒。我哋叫咗幾款特色菜式,想同大家分享一下。首先,我哋叫咗越南豬肉卷。口味獨特,肉味濃,呢個菜式第一次食,平時係其他餐廳都無見過。而我地一致最推薦係佢個醬!酸酸辣辣好過癮,我地覺得佢比一般泰式辣醬更加惹味!接著,我哋叫咗串燒拼盤。拼盤包括生菜包、燒雞全翼、燒司華力腸、燒豬頸肉同埋燒雞腎。最好食係燒豬頸肉,表面有啲香甜,應該係加咗蜜糖。雖然係拼盤,但份量都唔少,適合兩個人分享!雖然單點豬頸肉只可以一塊咁叫,要$1xx,唔叫平,但我同太太覺得呢個可以再encoure,送酒一流。佢個燒雞翼都好食,見到好多人黎叫外賣,相信應該都好受歡迎。最後,想提一下佢地既凍水。有趣嘅係,佢地既凍水係用維他蒸餾水。XD 雖然同食物無直接關係,但都係一個有趣嘅細節。總括嚟講,呢間泰國串燒餐廳係一個唔錯嘅選擇。如果你鍾意泰國菜式同串燒,不妨試下。 continue reading

已知這間泰國菜很久,近來多了位識講和寫的後生仔,溝通無問題。先不說是否正宗泰國,平時行過入去食個happy hour,先來支十足夠凍泰啤,香烤雞翼,已有泰國休閒feel。泰式肉腸味道特別,食過就知什麼是回味無窮。配燒烤的辣汁,十分醒胃金邊粉炒得很乾身,加上新鮮青檸汁,無得輸特别介紹冬陰功,飲左幾支啤酒都要試另外介紹豬頸肉,烤魷魚和鯽魚都很好味,食得燒烤就不要想三高。其他的小炒菜式種類不多,廚房很細,出菜時間很有改善空間 continue reading

really good authentic Thai food and street eats. Their barbeque is the best, especially the squid. Dipping tue glutinous rice into their spicy sweet and sour salads is nice but beware it is real thai spicy! Seating is minimal and not grand but the food is authentic if you like hole in the wall type of places. continue reading

話說今晚諗住去大角咀度食晚飯,但朋友話好遠喎,結果轉左嚟旺角食但係就唔知食咩好,行行吓見到呢間泰國餐廳,門口有啲串燒擺喺度,好似幾正宗咁喎點解好似以前唔覺有呢間泰國餐廳嘅存在嘅?咁又係嘅,每次話想食泰國嘢就一定去九龍城嗰度食🤫🤫🤫🤫仲邊度會專登搵下旺角有咩泰國嘢食先得架見朋友冇反對一於就試吓呢間外貌好正宗嘅泰國嘢啦,果然入到去差唔多全部都係講泰文,我仲見到佢哋個青木瓜沙律嘅整法係超級正宗,係用嗰啲瓦片既沙律盅磨下磨下咁整成既一於嗌返個青木瓜沙律🥗食下先,我仲見到一個好特別嘅沙律叫做酸辣豬潤沙律,一於試吓先,再嗌咗三串燒牛肉,兩串豬頸肉,燒側魚,雞肉肉碎炒飯,同埋炒雜菜🤗🤗🤗呢度仲有一樣野俾我覺得好正宗嘅就係啲碗碟,筷子,匙羹同叉,啲餐具根本就係喺泰國食嘅一模一樣由於呢度嘅廚房好細同埋我見得一個人煮野食,所以都要等下嘅個青木瓜沙律果然好正宗因為加埋左好多炒香左嘅花生同埋魚仔粒,同埋大量嘅青檸同蕃茄,嗰隻味真係好地道!然後個豬膶沙律我都係第一次食🤫🤫🤫🤫個感覺都幾特別嘅,不過我覺得唔似係沙律,因為熱既!然後嗰串燒牛肉有驚喜喎,牛肉既質素拍得住安格斯牛肉,真心好味,所以我哋再叫多幾串至於嗰肉碎炒飯就太淋身,一般!嗰燒側魚反而燒得岩岩好,魚質仲保持到好滑,係水準之作! continue reading

係旺角住左十幾年,由日式放題,鐵板燒到雞煲,潮州打冷。從中國野到外國野。可以話食勻世界,可以話係旺角食之達人。但係等別鍾情泰國野,因為好中意泰國醬汁味道,酸酸辣辣好開胃。旺角泰國野唔多,女人街旁有2-3間。但係唔係太喊就係太甜。完全唔似泰國野。無d泰國風味。但係今次呢間就唔同啦,呢間係上海街既泰國串燒鋪,門面唔算靚,不過一睇就知係泰國餐廳。入面都算光猛,裝修還可以。環境不過不失。而特別之處就係出面有爐做串燒,即叫即燒,可能條街無咩食,搞到得佢d燒烤味成街都係,我都係比味道帶來先知有間泰國燒烤店。講返野食啦。我就梗係必叫燒雞亦啦,加份肉串。其實見到有烤魚同其他既,不過條魚太大條驚食唔晒,先叫少少試試先。點知來到有2款汁伴上。一隻係好似沙爹 汁,另一隻就係我所講既燒烤汁之王。估唔到燒野食配上泰國辣汁會咁好食。d辣汁令到隻一般既雞亦變得唔一般,佢果種辣係一入口好辣轉頭就無果d,有d似washabi感覺,不過唔同味。搞到愈辣愈想食。愈食愈過癮。下次會試埋條魚先。推介:燒雞亦加泰國辣汁必食。 continue reading
