難得有一个小休,不可能虧待自己, 來了一間很有誠意的居酒屋, 裝修、出品、服務都超出想像, 大滿足!到了門口已經被他們的門面吸引, 服務員很有禮貌,吧頭裡的幾位師傅也很專業, 食物很吸引, 頭round已經點了最愛吃的雞心、雞肝、鹽燒蝦及厚切牛舌, 每一樣都很有水準, 到第2 round 老闆娘推薦的鰻魚魚魚肝更是一絕, 調味刚好令入口時仍吃到魚肝的鮮味但又刚好蓋過魚肝本身的腥味, 廣島蠔够新鮮又大隻, 師傅只是輕輕加熱一下,蠔味十足又鮮甜. 整體是一次非常滿意的晚餐!

咁仲叫左d串燒黎食,見到海鮮類有個鮎魚一夜干,亦即日本鯰魚,而我最鍾意食一夜工嘅原因,當然就係因為佢大大咁將一條平平無奇嘅魚,濃縮而成,加劇左魚嘅咸鮮味道,木户嘅燒一夜干簡單粗暴,燒完出黎偏黑但肉質依然保持鮮嫩,頭尾部分因為已經烤到乾脆可以直接食晒,簡單用鹽調味配上sake,中和左串燒嘅乾感同增加鮎魚嘅鮮味👍🏻

Me and my friend visited this place tonight. The food is ok but definitely with this price there are much more better options in HK. After request, she started to introduce but basically just read the name of each dish with no heart. Second of all, we booked a table at 6 and no one ever told us the table is 2 hours only, we eventually be invited out because the next round client has arrived. My friend ordered a sushimi dish (380 HKD for less than 10 pieces in small dish normally in other Japanese restaurant served ginkgo), and 3 other dishes and it’s 1200HKD. Fine with the price if they place themselves as a nice restaurant with decent service. And venting system in the restaurant is an issue- understand it’s a BBQ place, please expect you walk out with your whole outfit and hair full of smoke.
With this price, I definitely won’t come back again and won’t recommend anyone who wants a nice experiences dining outside at their place.
