難得有一个小休,不可能虧待自己, 來了一間很有誠意的居酒屋, 裝修、出品、服務都超出想像, 大滿足!到了門口已經被他們的門面吸引, 服務員很有禮貌,吧頭裡的幾位師傅也很專業, 食物很吸引, 頭round已經點了最愛吃的雞心、雞肝、鹽燒蝦及厚切牛舌, 每一樣都很有水準, 到第2 round 老闆娘推薦的鰻魚魚魚肝更是一絕, 調味刚好令入口時仍吃到魚肝的鮮味但又刚好蓋過魚肝本身的腥味, 廣島蠔够新鮮又大隻, 師傅只是輕輕加熱一下,蠔味十足又鮮甜. 整體是一次非常滿意的晚餐!

到了門口已經被他們的門面吸引, 服務員很有禮貌,吧頭裡的幾位師傅也很專業, 食物很吸引, 頭round已經點了最愛吃的雞心、雞肝、鹽燒蝦及厚切牛舌, 每一樣都很有水準, 到第2 round 老闆娘推薦的鰻魚魚魚肝更是一絕, 調味刚好令入口時仍吃到魚肝的鮮味但又刚好蓋過魚肝本身的腥味, 廣島蠔够新鮮又大隻, 師傅只是輕輕加熱一下,蠔味十足又鮮甜.


整體是一次非常滿意的晚餐!

今朝飲酒今朝醉,自己嚟到木户買醉,中意嘅係呢度嘅店員專業得黎亦好nice,我當然唔客氣地先黎一合枡嘅sake,今次係唎酒師介紹嘅呢款叫伝心 雪 純米吟釀。口感清甜易入口,都啱女士飲,而且一合枡黎做單位,啱晒一晚流流長自己一個飲悶酒🙈咁仲叫左d串燒黎食,見到海鮮類有個鮎魚一夜干,亦即日本鯰魚,而我最鍾意食一夜工嘅原因,當然就係因為佢大大咁將一條平平無奇嘅魚,濃縮而成,加劇左魚嘅咸鮮味道,木户嘅燒一夜干簡單粗暴,燒完出黎偏黑但肉質依然保持鮮嫩,頭尾部分因為已經烤到乾脆可以直接食晒,簡單用鹽調味配上sake,中和左串燒嘅乾感同增加鮎魚嘅鮮味👍🏻

咁仲叫左d串燒黎食,見到海鮮類有個鮎魚一夜干,亦即日本鯰魚,而我最鍾意食一夜工嘅原因,當然就係因為佢大大咁將一條平平無奇嘅魚,濃縮而成,加劇左魚嘅咸鮮味道,木户嘅燒一夜干簡單粗暴,燒完出黎偏黑但肉質依然保持鮮嫩,頭尾部分因為已經烤到乾脆可以直接食晒,簡單用鹽調味配上sake,中和左串燒嘅乾感同增加鮎魚嘅鮮味👍🏻
