    細細個喺到住就會夾埋成班同學仔一齊share個雜扒餐，仲要配枝玻璃樽大檸樂拎多隻杯share飲，20年過去，我都搬離咗坪洲，最近返嚟探下朋友，再叫返個雜扒餐，依然喺金源獨有醬汁同埋個塊歷史悠久嘅鐵板，再做落去塊鐵板真喺就嚟變古董。其實個雜扒餐就喺好普通嘅豬扒、牛扒、雞扒、腸仔同火腿再配薯條，不過以前食完仲有個小甜品就喺花奶小啫喱，但慢慢地好似就無了。金源嘅特色喺佢嘅秘製醬汁，無論你叫咩嘢食，即刻叫蕃茄牛肉飯，佢都唔喺用蕃茄汁，都會照用佢喱個秘製醬汁，大家都可以嚟試一試。 continue reading
