是日下午茶到荃灣皇茶冰室Tea一Tea首先試個雞扒撈丁配招牌熱朱古力,雞扒有點兒過熟,麵質稍為硬身,喜歡食硬麵的朋友會很喜歡。熱古古力味道香, 雖然厚度唔夠,不過值得一試。炸雞脾薯角牛角酥侍應表示是,要等15-20分鐘。雞脾嫩滑肉汁豐富,手掌般大,相比其他茶餐廳的炸雞脾一般肉質較嚡,此處的炸雞脾稍勝。薯角香口,內裡啖啖薯蓉。牛角酥鬆軟而香氣十足。炸雞翼薯角牛角酥雞翼都是即叫即炸,上碟時雞翼熱辣辣,香滑,有肉汁。奶茶紅豆冰,奶茶和紅豆各一半,完美混合,奶茶茶底淳厚,必試之物! 亦有特色紅豆冰,配上Cream面,有興趣的朋友亦可試試。

今日放假陪阿媽去辦年貨,行經荃灣一間皇茶冰室,原以為係一間普通茶餐廳,但係有超出乎意料之外,有好多小炒同煲仔菜,水準可媲美酒樓。瑤柱蛋白炒飯$65阿媽好欣賞呢個炒飯,有濃香瑤柱,非常鮮甜,混和嫩滑蛋白,散發陣陣清香,每顆飯粒炒得圓潤乾爽,絕對係大師嘅級數,才有這樣效果。特濃蕃茄薯仔豬軟骨通粉$46呢個係廚師推介,真係冇介紹錯,精選嘅食材,蕃茄味特別香濃,香氣怡人,茄肉鮮嫩清甜,薯仔粉質鬆化,潤澤蜜甜,豬軟骨軟軟腍腍夠咬口,食落膠質感豐富,調味可口配合通粉爽滑,令本來看似一般蕃茄通粉,大廚手藝,高低立見。檸檬菜蜜 食飽飽後飲返一杯,甜甜蜜蜜熱飲,零舍醒神。熱杏仁霜 媽媽一杯熱杏霜,都好潤澤喉嚨,非常滿足。

當羊腩煲同雞煲完成後,就轉戰肥牛,餐肉,響鈴同公仔麵,價錢唔算貴,將羊腩煲加湯就轉火鍋雞煲就略油膩如果加湯其他食材就唔太健康。肥牛只不過係普通貨色但都不過不失。

又到左晚飯時間,經過荃灣路德圍附近,見到呢間特別多人排隊,一於試下先,好好彩等左十五分鐘左右就入座喇!同朋友叫左幾道小菜,先嚟一個菠蘿生炒骨,排骨炒得相當脆口,醬汁酸酸甜甜,甜酸度剛剛好作為開胃菜非常合適。再嚟一個朋友至愛的魚香茄子煲,香炒豬肉粒配上大大條juicy的茄子,整個茄子煲好好味佐飯一流。喜歡新鮮蝦菜式的我仲叫左一碟美極大碌蝦,美極醬油將蝦的鮮味激發出來,同樣係佐飯之選。另加埋一個餐廳招牌的芝士流心西多,邪惡卻引人入勝令人愛不釋手,怕唔怕肥都要食左再算!餐廳的特色飲品同樣值得推介:奶茶紅豆冰味道相當之夾,茶香又不會過甜;雪山朱古力更是必飲之選,非常香濃好味,兩杯都值得一試。

又來到荃灣,我們先去吃個午餐。這次我們來到一間冰室,我當然要吃最具香港特色的沙嗲牛麵。沙嗲牛肉麵配黃金3.6牛乳炒蛋牛角酥 $46沙爹牛肉帶有花生香味,偏甜;而公仔麵軟硬適中。炒蛋夠香滑,而且牛奶味突出。椒鹽雞翼 $20雞翼用了薄薄的炸粉包住,炸得脆卜卜,而且雞翼夠入味,好好味!招牌芝士流心西多士 $28西多士有點兒邪惡,一大片的牛油再加上西多士裏面流心的芝士,好味,但真的太邪惡了,偶然吃一次便十分滿足,不能常吃喔!飲品分別是龍鳳檸樂及檸檬菜蜜。飲品味道不錯,檸檬很新鮮。
