呢晚突然之間想食下燒味飯,反正行完維園咪去天后揾下有無啱心水。 呢間野未黎之前都聽過下大名,入到去舖面唔算大但都坐左唔少人。間野出名食燒鵝,入到黎無理由唔試,所以叫個燒鵝拼油雞飯。白飯唔算多,鵝同油雞都各切四件,先講隻鵝,望落塊皮燒得均匀,食落有陣炭香味,食落唔會太硬,肉味幾重。 油雞件就不過不失,師傅切左雞胸位俾我,食落唔算太油膩,都食得出有雞味。整體都合水準,咁樣兩個餸收六十幾都算合理,唔怪得知keep住都有客入黎食。

去完中央圖書館,喺天后搵嘢食,港鐵A2出口的電氣道兩邊林立不同食店,每間都是小型餐館,有些更是只做外賣。見棋哥門外有些顧客等外賣,相信食物質素應該不錯。店內環境就如其他茶記擺設差不多,餐牌上全都是燒味,就算常餐都包括叉燒粉面,加十蚊可以轉燒鵝粉麵。同老公兩個人點了燒鵝瀨粉及乳豬五寶飯。燒鵝份量好足夠,味道香濃但不會太鹹,皮脆肉香。乳豬五寶飯包括乳豬、叉燒、油雞、鹹蛋及紅腸,還有榨菜及幾條油菜。乳豬皮香脆可口,可惜有兩件較為肥,叉燒半肥瘦好入味,油雞表現ok呀,鹹蛋要趁仲有飯嘅時候快啲食。另外叫咗碟油菜,唔要飲品加錢要咗碗花生眉豆雞腳湯,只見花生未見雞腳,好彩唔覺有落味精,尚算好飲。

乳豬皮香脆可口,可惜有兩件較為肥,叉燒半肥瘦好入味,油雞表現ok呀,鹹蛋要趁仲有飯嘅時候快啲食。

最近同朋友傾開計,話「棋哥」除咗有木炭味嘅燒鵝一流之外,其他燒味都好有水準。今晚約咗一大班親戚喺天后附近聚聚,於是走去「棋哥」買個燒味雙拼斬料試試。燒味雙拼我哋今次選擇了半斤「棋哥叉燒」半斤 及 半隻「桂香切雞」。「棋哥叉燒」半斤 $59冇諗過咁好食,完全冇喳,肉質鬆軟而且燒得剛剛好。叉燒半肥瘦,分佈均勻。秘制叉燒蜜汁份量適中好味,唔會勁甜或者燒到勁燶。十分滿意!雖然今次只係外賣,不過眼見餐廳內環境都舒適、光線充足。服務員服務態度十分殷勤、有禮。

朋友見我喜歡吃燒鵝瀨粉便介紹我去試試這店,週末午飯時間,座無虛席,門外還有大概十人在等候,心想這店必是高水準之作。由於我一人用膳,等了大概五分鐘便有一個搭枱的座位,坐下來後,想也不想便叫了招牌的燒鵝瀨粉,再加一碟油菜和一杯凍檸檬茶。十分鐘後,食物到,看上去燒鵝燒得不錯,鵝皮脹卜卜的,而且有光澤,咬一口,皮仍脆,但肉質卻有點韌,而且皮下脂肪略嫌多,湯底亦淡而無味。對今次的燒鵝瀨粉有少許失望,下次有機會再來時,要試試它的燒鵝脾和燒鵝胸,看看是燒的問題還是鵝不同部位的問題?

好多人話棋哥燒鵝好食,食過之後,我覺得都幾好食,外皮燒得香脆,有光澤,鵝肉飽滿,啖啖肉,唔靭,食落都有鵝味,不過價錢偏貴,餐廳空間唔夠,座位偏窄,坐得唔係咁舒服,而且服務好麻麻,試過就算。
