之前聽當地的朋友說燒臘飯在炮台山這一帶的話,這家是很值得來吃的,特別是他的燒鵝。今天我的晚餐就不想再考慮所以就直接來了這一家。進來之後因為人很多要拼桌,所以環境來說就屬於一般般,但可能是名店吧,態度就也一般般吧。點了個雙拼燒鵝跟油雞飯配湯。湯先上來喝了一口覺得還好沒有特別讓人驚艷。雙拼的話燒鵝肉跟其他燒鵝比起來就是蠻嫩的,不會像一般的燒鵝會比較老難咬,所以還不錯,但是油雞我覺得肉的量就不是很多,肉質就還算可以,如果要點下次可能會全部點燒鵝就好。整體來說有空可能會再來吃,但也不是首要之選就是了。

去年來港無意間發現這家「棋哥燒鵝餐室」,當時是一群人分別叫了不同的餐點,我記得點的是「燒鵝瀨粉」,口味很好,因此牢牢記下這間店。今天在附近找晚飯,又看到「棋哥」就直接進去了,這次當然要吃鵝腿啦!廣東話寫成「鵝脾」,是鵝肉最好吃最貴的部分;燒臘嘛,剁兩下就上桌了,油亮香脆的外皮是美好的第一印象,青菜只有二根,少了點,還好旁邊附的酸菜入味,酸甜很下飯又可以解油膩,梅醬也很好,以鵝肉沾食非常美味速配啦!談到主角「鵝脾」,不算大塊,油亮香脆富含油脂,不會太乾柴,只是若不加梅醬或酸菜同食會顯得清淡些。鵝皮酥脆與內皮的鵝油同食剛剛好,有些甚至可達到入口即化的境界,算是不錯的!服務人員都是些穿制服的中年男女,態度還可以,有問必答,算是很友善的。此地有一人套餐,及多人套餐,下次來可以試試。
