Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 老實説,真的幾好食,好少食店可以令我想“再幫襯”的;見到其他劣評...的確有點莫名其妙,不過不打緊,它只做熟客己足夠了。「鍋貼小棠菜」---- 85分「豉油雞」---- 90分「魚湯腐皮卷」---- 75分「雜菇炒菜」---- 50分(失手之作)* 位置是劣勢,不容易找,不過也是優勢---才可保持水準!

之前聽人講呢間菜館好食, 於是約班friend去試一試, 去之前上網睇過D食評,都已經有定心理準備, 知道佢D服務態度差, 不過冇想過可以差到呢個地步。我地一共七人, 有兩個小朋友, 最初幫我們點菜的是個女人, 佢態度都OK, 不過落落下單佢就行開左, 換左個50歲左右的阿叔(相信就係o的網友講o個個), 我繼續點菜, 叫了一個魚湯泡飯, 佢即刻話我地咁多人唔夠分, 咁我地就話想試多D款式。我總共點了六個菜, 佢話寫左五個, 因為佢中途換入, 我唔知佢寫左邊D, 叫佢重複下D菜, 佢又唔講, 算啦…你唔講我講啦, 佢又個個都話有, 激死…中途上菜o個D唔講, 到食完, 其中一人問佢: ”唔該, 請問有冇牙籤呀?”佢答: “有呀!”跟住就咁企係到, 隔左一陣就好寸咁問:”咁你係唔係要呀?”你話佢係唔係有病呀?? 最後叫左兩碗甜品, 追左三次, 話埋單唔要佢先上。食物方面, 味道好濃, 都幾味精:魚湯泡飯- OK鍋貼小棠菜–叫做最好呢個羊腩煲–OK, 不過冇特別辣子雞–一D都唔辣蜆肉炒苴菜–蜆肉有砂什菌扒鴛鴦豆腐–成碟都係豆腐杏仁蛋白奶露–唔甜, 冇杏仁味唔會有下次!!!

魚湯腐皮卷雖是店方推介菜式之一,但可說是失敗之作。魚湯該是吃它的清鮮,腐皮卷本應浸一浸湯吃(像吃炸魚皮或炸粉果),但腐皮卷炸得極之油膩,碟面上有不少油,把這個浸湯的話,整鍋湯不是變成油湯糟蹋了嗎?店家為什麼不把油索乾才上碟?我想把炸腐皮卷改為鮮腐皮,會更健康美味!

窩貼小棠菜,墨魚膠滲著一些小棠菜。炸的香脆,墨魚也頗鮮味,蘸點喼汁同吃更妙。可惜,同樣是太多油淌在碟子上,一來肥膩,二來把底部的墨魚餅弄得不脆。店家不會隔油或用索油紙嗎?炸物還是深水埗的增輝做得出色,香脆可口又不肥膩,碟面沒什麼油漬。

唔係第一次去食了, 已經食左三次.. 次次都係覺得好好食.. 成日都好想介紹d將軍澳正食肆比人.. 但實在唔係好多..真係多得有三姐, 記得呢間店係好耐好耐之前已經有了, 差不多有十幾年的時間。以前唔知有咁正的。個陣田下灣村未圍牆的, 所以會見到間舖, 後來就加左就見唔到。但唔知點解, 就由個日開始就多人去了。好好食呀, 太皇骨, 小棠菜窩貼, 重有豉油雞的都正。

真係多得有三姐, 記得呢間店係好耐好耐之前已經有了, 差不多有十幾年的時間。以前唔知有咁正的。

個陣田下灣村未圍牆的, 所以會見到間舖, 後來就加左就見唔到。但唔知點解, 就由個日開始就多人去了。

好好食呀, 太皇骨, 小棠菜窩貼, 重有豉油雞的都正。

之前係網上見到大讚, 咪去試下law, d野食好一般, 咩秘製豉油雞, 一d都唔好食, 質素只係中下, 是但街度一間酒樓都做得好過佢\, 生炒排骨又係一d都唔好食, 大排檔做得好過佢\, 仲叫左個涼瓜牛肉, 又係唔好食, 是但旺角一間茶餐\廳都好過佢\, 唔知係咪我唔好彩, 我叫呢三樣都唔好食, 仲要碟頭超細, 兩個人食三個送都唔飽, 仲要唔係平, 兩人消費都要$190, 只係兩飯三送無叫野飲wor, 咁既價錢去酒樓都勉強得喇, 唔使迫餐\c先喇

食飯前, 先打電話問收唔收瓶費? 老板話唔收去到坐低喇, 叫佢比個冰桶來冰一冰支酒, 侍應都照比到食飯喇, 請佢幫手開佐支酒, 老板先話無開瓶器....下次食飯時, 問收唔收瓶費時, 係唔係要問埋有無開瓶器???
