師傅問我哋要幾成熟,咁我就答佢五成熟,睇住師傅手勢燒得啱啱好。旁邊嘅係茄子慕絲,大啡菇以及翠玉瓜。而和牛肉片包裹住香蒜同埋蔥,所以咬落去嘅時候口感十足,嫩滑脆口不停交纏,加埋牛肉本身嘅香,鐵板燒就食呢啲。

炒飯本身就有一啲櫻花蝦乾增添碗飯嘅口感,而且上面仲有少少黑松露,令到個炒飯更加香。每粒飯都炒得粒粒分明,就算食到呢到覺得有啲飽飽地,都係會忍唔住清晒成兜飯。而旁邊都仲有漬物蕎頭,酸酸地易入口。

We came here for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant atmosphere was quiet and nicely decorated. We ordered the set dinner and every single dish was delicious! The chef and servers were so friendly, helpful and just nice people. They even surprised us with a cute anniversary cake. The set was so affordable for its quality. We will definitely come back soon! 今日黎到北角食鐵板燒,估唔到處處都係驚喜食得勁開心!先講環境好日式風格,燈光柔和好舒服,牆上仲有許願版可以比大家掛牌仔打下卡,唔單單淨係黎食飯,可以融入同餐廳打成一片一齊玩,真係好有氣氛好深刻。當然野食方面都好出色,今日揀左呢個虎蝦set,睇menu都眼花繚亂目不暇給,好多野食同酒款。等師傅準備食材既時候我地叫左杯自家製玄米茶,用左糙米黎炒而且加入左綠茶中和當中燥熱,飲多啲都喺怕會熱氣,建議放一兩分鐘再飲啲味會更出,最正係飲完仲可以無限refill!梅乃宿柚子酒偏甜,酒精濃度唔會太高,好開胃。開始前,師傅先比我地睇下黎緊會食既新鮮海鮮同鵝肝,全部都好新鮮首先出場既係枝豆汁香煎元貝,真係好有新鮮感第一次食枝豆味既汁,估唔到又真係好夾,元貝煎得岩岩好內裏好軟身清酒煮蜆,面頭再淋上青汁,成個湯都飲得好鮮甜,最後一滴都無剩!香煎虎蝦,一放低已經聞到勁香,肉質彈牙有牛油香,最估唔到係蝦頭打開原來仲有好多肉係到!煎鵝肝,無食過咁大隻,平時都係切到細細粒配多士一啖就係完,呢到要好似嘆牛扒咁慢慢切,切極都仲有,中間啲脂肪好香味牛扒/豬扒薄切,中間包滿晒香蔥食落好有口感,肉味濃唔會老,一流!食完總覺得唔
