古今二 (27/6/2024)朋友介紹荃灣千色匯入面有間唔錯好食嘅日式餐廳,叫做古今二。這間餐廳位於荃灣眾安街68號千色匯一期3樓3013號舖,餐廳環境闊落,以日式風格為主,全部係方形枱,枱連座位都寬敞,令人坐得舒適。店內牆身有特色嘅日本壁畫,牆身邊亦有酒樽作裝飾,仲有電視推介食物,除咗特色卷身之外,仲有唔同嘅壽司、刺身、丼物、串燒、沙律、天婦羅、小食、飲品等。今日個餐牌嘅是日推介睇到都好吸引,有七品刺身拼盤、火山、金龍卷、網燒牛舌、網燒味淋魚乾,仲有白/黑啤,價錢又唔貴抵食,尤其是火山,最吸引我哋,一定叫來食,火山嘅餡料有帶子、青瓜、牛油果、蟹肉,員工捧上枱後就點火,一大嚿壽司在山著哂火,真係好似火山,令人驚喜,上層係滿滿嘅三文魚籽、蟹柳叠成小火山一樣鋪在飯上,炙燒味夠濃,加埋牛油果、青瓜、帶子的鮮甜味,令火山這個卷物變得更出色,不止味覺得到滿足,連視覺效果都一流。睇到柚想蝦你沙律這個菜名都覺得有趣,有甜柚子粒、脆口生菜、鮮甜蝦仁、牛油果粒、海草、蟹籽、蘋果粒和車厘茄,仲加入酸酸甜甜柚子汁。蔬菜和海草的清新口感與車厘茄和牛油果的滑順口感完美結合,蘋果和柚子的微妙酸甜味道增添了菜餚的層

睇到柚想蝦你沙律這個菜名都覺得有趣,有甜柚子粒、脆口生菜、鮮甜蝦仁、牛油果粒、海草、蟹籽、蘋果粒和車厘茄,仲加入酸酸甜甜柚子汁。蔬菜和海草的清新口感與車厘茄和牛油果的滑順口感完美結合,蘋果和柚子的微妙酸甜味道增添了菜餚的層次感,而蟹籽和甜蝦的鮮味更是令人回味,柚子汁的酸爽口感與菜餚的風味相得益彰,令人開胃,整道菜肴呈現出色彩繽紛,口感及營養豐富,好好食。

來到日式餐廳,天婦羅是必選的食物,今次叫嘅天婦羅分別有蝦、秋葵蝦肉同甜薯,每一款都炸得酥脆金黃,香脆可口,尤其是秋葵蝦肉天婦羅,炸秋葵吃得多了,釀入蝦肉則是第一次食,蝦肉軟綿綿的質感,好味好食,同時點埋蘿蔔蓉汁,更配合炸物,而食落脆而不油膩。而蜘蛛係炸軟殼蟹卷,份量不少,造型獨特,而且味道非常出色,外脆內嫩嘅軟殼蟹,配合清新嘅蔬菜,簡直係又好睇又好食。最後叫埋一份章魚小丸子,粒粒章魚十足,小丸子外皮夠乾脆,又唔會食落油淋淋,好正好食,與我在日本食的味道一模一樣。

這間日式餐廳好值得推薦俾大家,好食又抵食,食物的水準高和用心去做,價錢唔貴又合理,店員有禮貌服務態度好,下次一定再嚟食。

午市有定食,我哋叫咗蕎麥面伴卷物,蕎麥麵軟硬適中,煙煙韌韌,口味不錯。卷物中間是炸蝦,飯上面有小片三文魚。盛惠九十多元,飽。另外叫了雞扒定食,雞扒香脆,但表皮有啲燶同苦,扣了分。還有沙律、炸卷,都係好飽肚。這店較吸引的是卷物,有許多款式。另外加了$18有三隻天婦羅蝦,皮薄而脆,蝦肉爽口。我哋慢慢食,慢慢坐,店員都冇趕客。讚👍🏻

點左4樣野 2份卷物(各4粒)、西京燒比目魚及7品刺身拼盤。魚生非常之不新鮮,口感、味道都好差。刺身拼盤$599/份,各3片,最後真係食唔到落口,有啲望到佢啲顏色已經唔敢食。圖中係我地冇食晒🫠3個人食左$9xx , 唔平但冇一樣係好食。卷物我地每人食左一粒,都冇再食。啲卷物都散嘅,而且非常迷你。魚生亦非常不新鮮,唔知係咪放左好多日。唔明點解咁多like,最後食完,我地係要再搵第二間餐廳食飯。最後我係難食到要上黎OpenRice寫一個200字嘅負評俾佢。
