天水圍開了一間麵檔, 主打魚蛋  今天試左一個6寶麵加半份魚皮6寶麵- 魚蛋,魚片, 墨魚丸, 豬肉丸, 魚柞,魚鮫各一粒, 魚蛋,魚片確實出色, 爽口彈牙, 仲食到魚味, 魚柞同魚鮫都不錯, 同樣爽口彈牙. 墨丸魚/豬肉丸OK, 外面好多店都能做到. 麵質爽, 但不夠似橡筋效果的爽, 只能說中等合格魚皮是脆, 但沒有鬆化口感, 是死實的脆, 只能說一般.

天水圍天瑞村,我需要食一個快速的午餐20分鐘時間。我入咗去連餐牌都無睇到,就選擇左一個魚蛋麵。估唔到啲湯底真係唔錯喎,味精之外我真係覺得唔係剩係得鹼水味。面係非常之爽口,質感非常之好。面真係好味,好彈牙。但係美中不足嘅係魚蛋太爽口,完全冇魚嘅感覺。應該係加左水楊酸,所以我就呢個魚蛋嘅品質程度有所保留,但面嘅質地非常之好。

在一個小小的領展商場中,竟然有一間長期人龍絡繹不絕的粉麵店,那就是由市區開到新界區的江仔記了。每次來江仔記,我總會點它的「六寶河」,因為可以甚麼也能吃一點。今次有點小插曲,我在點算和尋找河粉中的魚蛋,因為碗中只有五款丸子,結果真的少給我魚蛋,我跟職員說很快就補回魚蛋給我。我最愛墨魚丸,魚皮餃和魚扎,用料新鮮,魚扎中更有紅蘿蔔絲,口感豐富。至於魚蛋更是比坊間的更為彈牙,它全是自家製的,出品有保證,而它的河粉都是自設工場製造,白滑之餘又挺薄身。不過清甜的湯頭很快就被河粉吸收,所以最好趁快吃。另外點了半份香脆炸魚皮及沒有很多食店供應的小麥草飲品,小麥草飲品味道濃厚,值得推薦喝。

Went here for some quick noodles before going to the famous Wetland park.I am not familiar with this area so decided to try this new restaurant which was just listed on openrice.It is the same branch as the one in Causeway Bay round the corner from Times Square and Soundwill plaza which I will try too.This joint is big and spacious.I got the flat rice noodles with four treasures.The broth was really good, it was thick and strong with a hint of fried garlic.The four treasures were fish skin dumpl

I got the flat rice noodles with four treasures.
The broth was really good, it was thick and strong with a hint of fried garlic.
The four treasures were fish skin dumpling, cuttlefish ball, fishball and pork ball.
I always eat the noodles first before they go soft and then eat the tasty balls.
