上片皮鴨嗰時,個侍應專登將個片皮鴨放隔籬枱,唔知係咪張枱太細啦!我離遠睇,隻片皮鴨皺皮嘅,開頭不以為意,我自己又同客一齊,費事講,佢又拎開咗去片,片完個鴨架又唔俾返我,話要加$100就可以做多個生菜肉鬆或者涼瓜鴨,算啦咁。片皮鴨點知一食,凍嘅!一啲都唔新鮮!我個客都冇乜點食,幾尷尬!!隔籬枱嗰啲片皮鴨上菜時隻隻脹卜卜,熱辣辣!佢哋可能都知道唔新鮮,個鴨架費事俾我睇到。我後尾諗返起好後悔,一定要比差評!唔會再返嚟,一生黑! continue reading

下晏同同事飲茶,第一次黎好有驚喜!所有都係食咗先記得影系列叉燒有肥有瘦,各人口味都可以滿足到!點心幾特別嘅地方係可以逐粒計,配合商業地方嘅需要你想食幾多就幾多,蝦餃一啲都唔馬虎個皮好薄,而且啲蝦都好彈牙。鹹水角每次以三粒去計, 炸出嚟都脹卜卜,食嘅時候係暖既叉燒腸先係最有驚喜!一上枱發現佢嘅麵粉皮好薄,而且亦都唔會好少叉燒每件都好足料!如果去食誠意推介一定要叫!燒賣嘅份量都係可以逐粒叫,啲蝦一樣咁新鮮,叉燒包都唔會好甜,一人一半食啱啱好,雖然啲餡唔會爆曬出嚟,但係每啖包都會有叉燒覆蓋如果食炸嘢嘅朋友,呢個都好推介!同叉燒腸粉一樣個皮好薄,個油炸鬼冇油益味,食起上嚟亦都好脆,一啲都唔馬虎!發個太遲先發現到佢!希望之後有機會再去食! continue reading

平時同屋企人慶祝/做節多數都只會去樓下酒樓,咁啱有朋友推薦我哋試下呢間港潮樓,見價錢公道、食物相唔錯,就決定book 6:30去食🙈一去到就有職員好熱情招呼,初頭以為時間尚早所以得幾枱人,點知食完8:30嗰陣全場都係得6-7枱客左右,睇嚟香港個市真係靜靜地,但其實佢哋嘅食物都幾值得試🥲首先嚟到嘅係特價$198片皮鴨,睇住職員原隻燒鴨攞出嚟再逐塊逐塊切真係超吸引🤩雖然冇問要唔要鴨殼,但其實都片得好足,除咗有脆皮、仲有唔少肉,啱曬老人家食😋麵皮都好夠,食完唔嗌飯都好夠飽🤣第二樣推薦嘅係京蔥汁牛肋骨($330),真係原條骨上,有9舊好厚好大塊嘅肉,絕對夠一枱人食,而且炆到好淋好入味,係蛋白質豐富嘅”老少咸宜”,啖啖肉得嚟又唔油膩😆如果少人啲仲可以叫半份,但當然相對上就會冇咩抵😝第三碟係食咗幾舊嘅秘製黑芝麻醬烤骨($138),點知一啲都唔黑,反而有啲似金沙骨🤣食落鹹鹹甜甜咁,肉質彈牙、近骨嘅肉仲要有啲肥膏口感好正😋菜方面試咗荷葉金蒜蒸菜心($118)同啫啫唐生菜($128),前者嘅蒜蓉蒸完幾香,用嚟撈飯撈炒麵一流,不過荷葉就係為賣相居多😜唐生菜就偏鹹、而且有少少死鹹,可能平時食慣灼菜,所以呢味就一般般🙏🏻其他食物包括一口豆腐($118)、冬瓜盅($300)、清蒸龍躉都唔錯,如果好鍾意食都可以嗌嚟試試👍🏻 continue reading
