石鍋龍皇御膳泡飯$242 - 即是龍蝦泡飯,上枱時還熱辣辣,湯頭好鮮味,龍蝦肉切粒,泡飯整體味道不錯


黑毛豬叉燒$228 - 叉燒蜜汁味好香甜,肉質好juicy
肥瘦均勻,一點也不鞋口,而且還要厚切呢
本人喜歡它沒有好重玫瑰露酒味。連閨蜜也連番讚好


椒鹽吊片$88 - 剛上枱時是熱辣辣的,所以覺得口感香脆,但放涼了點就略嫌炸粉太多,味道一般。

不過整體上食材同味道都出色的

十分搶眼嘅菜式,鋪面嘅鱔超厚肉,無腥味亦無泥味,白飯散發著魚香,老一輩愛吃魚比也愛白飯,結果很快便清碟了

兩個餸都冇影到相,質素都係不過不失

同同事一行四人去食,之前同事食過話好好食,所以推介我地再去食,叫左筍殼魚湯兩食,首先黎左唔知係煎定炸既筍殼魚,上枱魚係凍既,之後叫經理換,再上枱,都只係微暖,而且係難食! 同事同佢上次黎食完全係兩回事。最最最過份而且不能接受係個服務員幫我同同事盛湯,佢一次過拎走左我地兩個碗,嗰時我都有擔心佢會唔會撈亂,結果唔使擔心,真係撈亂左,好彩我唔食蔥,個碗留有幾條蔥先發現佢調轉左,如果唔係。。同個同事交換晒口水其他食物味道都ok

因為慶祝生日同屋企人一齊去到孔夫子食晚飯我哋一行四人 早已於OpenRice內購買兩份一人套餐另外我哋再嗌左幾樣單點酸菜魚銀針粉 好香口 但係都幾辣如果唔食得辣嘅朋友仔就唔可以選擇啦咁我哋我哋幾個都唔係好食得辣 🤣 但其實如果喜歡吃辣嘅朋友一定會鍾意另外佢哋嘅咕嚕肉都好好食。佢哋用黑毛豬肉質好淋 炸粉亦都唔會太多啱啱好!佢哋嘅水間肴肉都好特別,佢哋用咗一啲好似黑醋咁樣整成啫喱 係肴肉嘅上面 所以好唔需要再點黑醋但係好多員工上菜都冇叫菜名我哋係OpenRice訂購嘅一人套餐剪菜 有嘢更改都冇向我哋講而且落單嘅時候講咗兩次 係點山葵炒牛肉但係呢度係黑椒薯仔粒牛肉🥲 可能佢哋而家使用嘅員工都係炒散所以服務態度唔係咁好 期待佢哋改善

酸菜魚銀針粉 好香口 但係都幾辣如果唔食得辣嘅朋友仔就唔可以選擇啦
咁我哋我哋幾個都唔係好食得辣 🤣 但其實如果喜歡吃辣嘅朋友一定會鍾意

另外佢哋嘅咕嚕肉都好好食。佢哋用黑毛豬
肉質好淋 炸粉亦都唔會太多啱啱好!

佢哋嘅水間肴肉都好特別,佢哋用咗一啲好似黑醋咁樣整成啫喱 係肴肉嘅上面 所以好唔需要再點黑醋

但係好多員工上菜都冇叫菜名
我哋係OpenRice訂購嘅一人套餐剪菜 有嘢更改都冇向我哋講

而且落單嘅時候講咗兩次 係點山葵炒牛肉
但係呢度係黑椒薯仔粒牛肉🥲

可能佢哋而家使用嘅員工都係炒散所以服務態度唔係咁好

今日新加坡朋友話好想吃香港地道的食物《叉燒》,我們來到一間鬥面毫不起眼的商廈會所,穿梭於觀塘工廠大廈中,電梯進入3F,令人嘩然耳目一新的感覺😱寬敝明亮,位置闊落,岩曬這個時期,保持枱與枱之間距離的要求。經由一位後生靚女Miyabi 介紹左菜色,最後我們叫左:黑毛豬叉燒、艷影蝦球、孔府招牌腸、蒜蓉炒豆苗、椰汁桂花糕。(這個叉燒不得了,又厚身,又淋,大大嚿食入口,個種滿足感好難形容😂😂😂)食物很好,很特色,味道一流,要贊下廚師👨‍🍳👍👍👍。飲後Miyabi 還帶我們參觀左西餐廳,gym room 同spa。服務很貼心,很好,很詳細。謝謝靚女,下次再見❤️❤️❤️

疫情緩和可以外慶祝父親節,選了一間非在大商場但又位置方便又具特色的中菜。這間正確來說是魯菜,中菜其中一種。家父比較傳統喜歡中菜,但家母喜歡特色特別餐廳,我喜歡找好嘢食,便促成光顧此店。是晚點了4人父親節套餐,看相已知賣相一流,份量十足。菜式特別,味道也很好特別是招牌黑毛豬,燉湯,龍躉......統統一流。最可惜甜品不是生招牌拿破崙蛋糕,否則應該更完滿總括而言,環境夠大夠光鮮,服務到位上菜快,食物水準一流。值得之後再來食其他菜式。

難以想像工廠區內會有這麼型格的中式酒樓,屬孔夫子也。被安排坐在偏廳,地方舒適寧靜而闊落。點了孔府招牌腸粉,腸粉皮很薄很滑,中間夾了網紋狀的脆皮,內餡是素菜,口感豐富,確是不可不點的招牌點心。生拆蝦餃皇也很出色,皮薄餡靚,蝦肉足料爽口。粟米墨魚餅略油膩,不過墨魚肉很彈牙。啤梨造型的咸水角睇得又食得,外皮香脆軟糯,甜甜的,中和內餡的咸度,咸甜得宜。服務員服務態度良好,勤勤為我們加茶,令這頓午飯加分不少!

想吃點心又不想去酒樓,找到這間看似很乾淨的孔夫子。門口幾靚,環境企理清潔,讓人吃得安心。茄子炸得不算油膩,入口很脆,脆而輕身,加點南乳汁調味,幾夾。淮山牛柳粒炒得太濕,味道偏重,只可說牛柳不韌,但不值得試。柚皮排骨正常。紅油抄手辣得幾過癮。皮滑,多餡,味道不錯。黃金窩巴很脆,有蛋黃香,夠乾身。腸粉沒想到是這個樣子的。包著的餡不合口味,吃了一件就放棄了。素菜包可能吃得太多健康工房,覺得這個餡實在太少。味道亦齋得有點怪,跟想像完全兩回事。唯一優點是包幾軟熟。最後要了個湯麵。沒想到來了一大窩。麵偏腍,太軟,不過湯底不錯,都可以。吃環境,食物一般,服務也一般。有個幾好的待應,但經理態度一般。
