聽聞這一間酒樓在觀塘區屬於比較高級以及質素比較好的。而且在OpenRice預訂有八五折優惠,今天特意來試一試。裝修典雅,枱與枱之間的距離也足夠。「蟹子燒賣」很大粒,,燒賣很紮實,蟹子份量頗多,豬肉與蝦的比例也恰當,口感飽滿。「酥皮茄子」脆醬包裹茄子🍆,配上南乳汁,茄子不會淋,南乳汁味濃,不會太油膩,感覺很特別。「豔影蝦球」大大粒的蝦肉,配上香芒醬汁,口感清新,蝦肉爽滑。「吊片炒麵」麵條幼細,魷魚鬚份量很少,炒得比較多油。「鵝肝甘筍鹹水角」造型好似紅蘿蔔,完全食唔到有鵝肝的存在。「祝壽蟠桃」完全沒有特別,仲要$63/籠,包入面只有淨蓮蓉,味道偏甜,沒有鹹蛋黃,感覺又貴又唔好食。三個人食了五百幾蚊,已經係八五折優惠,當日係星期五,全場爆滿,大部份都係商務客人,但侍應人手嚴重不足,服務明顯不夠。食物還可以,但不是很驚喜,沒有再來的意欲。

已經第五次再嚟,今次帶埋媽媽嚟食。每次必叫艷影蝦球,回味。牛舌好諗(唔識寫呢個字😜),無牙都食到。之前叫臘味飯,今次叫咗銅盤班球蒸飯,意想不到的是魚塊舖滿整個銅盤。酥皮茄子,外脆內軟,上面加上南乳汁,惹味。奶湯雲吞煲,超大粒雲吞裏面全部係蝦,好甜的湯,滿足。鐵觀音茶香濃,飲到我哋走都仲有茶味。侍應服務態度好,端上銅盤班球蒸飯時,一邊剪開蓋住的錫紙,一邊攪笑地說:睇吓今次的班球靚唔靚先。哈哈!我對呢間食肆有讚無彈,絕對真心的。連我媽媽都讚好食。我會繼續光顧。

估唔到觀塘都有一間比較新派嘅中餐,當日五時仲見到好多枱都有叫佢哋嘅招牌叉燒,可惜因為前一晚食咗希爾頓應酬嘅叉燒所以今日就冇叫到,留返下次先試,呢度點心擺盤精緻,味道正常,重點係唔重口味,選擇上叫做貴精不貴多,特別叫做心刻都有幾款,帶子菜苗餃,形狀似燒賣,底部鋪滿菜苗上面一大粒帶子,食落冇燒賣咁油膩,蝦餃燒賣都好飽滿,味道正常,唯一不足之處係放蝦餃蒸籠係方型,冇足夠嘅空間分開放,有機會夾起嘅時候會整爛塊皮,糖醋咕嚕肉脆麵麵底啖啖脆卜卜,咕嚕肉就要快啲食因為俾個醬汁浸住,最差嗰碟應該係脆麻花唔夠甜味,而且仲有少少漏氣添。
