Came here for a birthday celebration and the food was surprisingly good! The thick-cut chaxiao was sweet and fatty and the fried shrimp balls were so crunchy with good sweet and sour sauce. We also ordered Sichuan style fish and sea cucumber. Highlight of the night - abalone!! The cold abalone was served in a bowl where the waiters could make bubbles on the surface (see photo). This made the dining experience more than just food - it’s visual enjoyment!

今天兩個仔女為我慶祝生日,朋友推介,選了官塘這間飯店,地點不近地鐵站,出站後行大約10分鐘才到,但位置容易找到。遲到了15分鐘,店員也幫忙留了位。忘記影飯店的裝潢,但環境乾淨企理,檯與檯之間有足夠空間,沒有壓迫感,未開始食已經感到滿意。食物上檯第一味是黑毛豬叉燒,價錢有點貴(一份222元),但真是一分錢一分貨,叉燒味道可咸甜適中,肉質鬆軟有咬口,半肥瘦,真的好好味,一碟雖然件數不多,但我一個人也吃了3件。

竹笙時菜翡翠: 完全無味  真係勁dry, 適合糖尿病人吃, 我完全唔想吃,  名過其實,一d  都唔抵食。

龍皇湯泡飯: 收$198, 我完全為了去食脆米,得2碗, 係只有2碗呀。 又貴,又無咩味, 又唔好食。
相 比利苑的脆米湯飯 真的差九條街。 我寧願去比錢利苑更覺得抵食。

雖然樓面服務好好,但食物完全無驚喜, 又貴又唔抵食,我唔會再去。

適逢家人生日,選擇一間環境好少少嘅中菜館,結果果然冇令我失望。7:00已經進入餐廳,暫時未有好多人,好寬敞亦感到安靜嘅感覺,令到家人覺得好舒服,裝修都感覺有一點氣派。一口氣點咗下面幾個菜:皮蛋芫荽肉片煲魚湯(5/5)湯好滑,都覺得同清甜,而且好足料淮山牛柳粒(4/5)好喜歡食淮山,第一次試,感覺有驚喜,不過略嫌有點凍咗鹽焗雞飯(3.5/5)味道有啲淡,鍾意清淡嘅人可能會喜歡,但係三個人食就有點太多竹笙扒翡翠(3/5)做法普通,早知嘗試大蝦西蘭花🥺皇棗糕(5/5)屋企人嘅生日蛋糕🎂,經理仲俾埋蠟燭我哋,點樣都會有5分啦😂點都好,屋企人覺得味道不錯,好滿意侍應嘅服務態度,簡單一餐生日飯,滿足。

總括而言,孔夫子遠勝我地嘅期望,服務態度都好好,會不時留意使唔使加茶。

全部食物都好食,埋單人均$250。其實重有好多菜色都重想試。下次會約朋友/屋企人再黎食。

由於坐近門口,飲完湯已經開始出汗,要叫侍應開大少少個冷氣。

2.     黑豚肉叉燒 :聽隔離枱話無食過呢度嘅叉燒姐係無黎過,於是我地就試下佢!叉燒係厚切嘅,食落去第一反應就係——好味!肉質好鬆軟,蜜汁清甜,每舊都肥瘦均勻,真係唔錯。其實一碟叉燒得幾塊就要二百幾蚊,都幾貴下。,但都值得一試嘅!

3.     銅盤蒜蓉生焗桂花魚球飯:分量好多,兩個人都食唔曬。飯幾好食(係出面真係好難食到好食嘅米飯)桂花魚幾嫩滑。呢個飯都幾高性價比,5星推介!

兩個人買單五百幾蚊,都勉強符合我地食豪D嘅標準。(哈哈)

由於耐冇去觀塘食晚飯,但本人又喜歡食中菜,所以特燈搜羅左一輪,跟住就搵到呢間好似吾錯~因爲想早小小食飯,食完可以有時間去食個甜品,所以就訂左6:00,當時店員提我地7:30要交檯,一去到既時候可能時間仲早,所以等於包場咁制😂,不過店員都冇吾理我地😂跟住就點左一輪美食,但因為得三個人,所以叫吾得多,本身仲想食埋個片皮鴨🤤🤤所以最後靜係叫左個茄子、醬雞、菜苗、鱔飯,同埋咕嚕羊肉,呢個咕嚕羊真係一流,我吾識形容,你地有機會就親身試試佢😌最後食到8:00,冇趕我地走😂😂
