我們一行四人來到泰閣,吃三人午市套餐,可以選擇三個小菜和三碗白飯奉送,我們另選一個餐前拼盤小吃。先來好味冬瓜例湯,每人一小碗都很滿足了!餐前拼盤最好吃是春卷,香脆不油膩。半月彎彎的炸蝦餅,頗有彈牙感!只得兩件是用糭葉包裹雞肉炸香,保留到雞肉嫩滑,味道略鹹。最後四件似齋鹵味。黃咖喱牛腩賣相不錯!黃咖喱香、滑又帶微甜,牛腩夠腍。泰式肉碎炒蛋,很多油的炒蛋,又香又滑只能淺嘗。鹹魚炒芥蘭偶然吃一餐鹹魚炒芥蘭會很和味!鹹魚多油炒芥蘭,少吃多滋味!味道不錯的泰式午市套餐,每位消費$90!

第一次到這家位於一所酒店的樓上餐館「泰閣」,第一次透過tablemap book 位,而當中我們淺嘗了好幾款菜色如下;第一道菜是泰式芥蘭炒牛肉,味道可口沒有芥蘭原有的苦味,牛肉又夠鬆軟愛吃菜的人,不少得叫這道菜。第二道菜是黃咖哩雞煲,咖哩的香味真的令人開胃,惟煲內的雞件有點兒大件,看起來份量有點少,但仍不失雞肉的嫩滑,可值得一試的。第三道菜是菠蘿炒飯,份量豐富,菠蘿鮮甜,飯的香味真的令人食慾大真,再添點咖哩可謂是絕配,來到泰閣真得不得錯過這個炒飯。最後,少不了甜品,泰國有名的芒果糯米飯,也許這不是芒果當做的季節,令到芒果有點酸,但紫米與糯米結合時,帶出了兩層的味道,不算是不錯的。結合四道菜收費只需三百多,算是便宜又好味的一家泰國餐館吧。

芒果很甜; 椰汁份量也足夠; 黑糯米的黏度一般, 入口頗煙韌,  整體來說不太甜, OK.

菜式平均來說不俗, 但比起九龍城的泰菜, 風味略遜一點. 可能是樓上店加上平日的關係, 整晚的客人都較少, 所以無論坐多久也沒有侍應打擾, 可以舒舒服服地吹水傾計, 正合我們心意呢!

至於個汁,椰汁味好重,可能係因爲西式做法,同樣係偏甜,咖哩味始於不夠。

總結味道可以,但做法不夠傳統,較為似西餐泰菜。
