熊拉麵 上環又到熊拉麵新推出期間限定的日子,上次限定的冷麵真心唔錯,今次一於試下佢個新限定,登登登係蜆肉豬骨湯拉麵。 拉麵賣相方面同海報差唔多,湯汁入口是豬骨湯味加草青味,草青味濃厚。蜆肉的數量算不少,但較為細隻,蜆肉有蜆肉味但對比唔算突出,唔覺得對個拉麵有加成效果,是一碗正常豬骨味的拉麵。 個人口味較為偏向之前的冷麵限定及蠔限定之類,當然如果個蜆肉晌湯汁能出返多點味應該會更加好,感覺今次個蜆做唔到主角,只能是配角。

熊拉麵 上環又出了夏天限定冷麵-海之幸焙煎芝麻醬冷麵😋,芝麻醬配上甜蝦、筍絲、蟹柳絲、青瓜絲、火腿絲、蕃茄仔、蛋及三文魚子,材料非常豐富,整個配搭要咬感有咬感,要味道有味道,要爽脆有爽脆,凍凍的拉麵再加上開胃的芝麻醬。夏天就會是不太想吃熱的,冷麵的口感冰涼又清爽,份量亦都唔少。但是如果不夠吃的話,呢到亦可以好似普通拉麵咁,加點一個全部配料,配料入面有幾塊叉燒(可轉角切或炙燒的叉燒)、木耳絲、筍絲、流心蛋及紫菜。
