To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 佐敦分店吾使點排有時諗吾到食乜 都會黎食翻碗舖頭幾大下 坐得好舒服有至愛芽菜小菜坐陣招牌熊拉麵以豚湯頭作為主湯底 濃濃地味道湯面都見到奶白色 可想言知有幾濃郁飲翻啖 吾會太鹹麵條揀翻有蒟蒻系入面既 會彈牙啲出面好少有 所以可以試下溏心蛋偏有少少熟既 所以有啲失望不過我呢啲蛋控先太執著黑熊拉麵有黑蒜油就會再濃少少 鍾意食肥叉燒可以揀火灸肥叉燒肥嘟嘟既肉 有啲肥膏湧啲油脂出黎不過襯翻肥叉真系好夾
