大陆游客到香港第一餐。住在对面香格里拉,中午随便找点吃的,就近找到这家。服务:几乎没有,有人上菜。卫生: 流沙包点了两个,吃完一个,第二个下面发现一只虫子。新鲜虫子,不是干尸。可见是蒸的时候爬进去被热死的。口味:马马虎虎老板退了流沙包的钱,其他没多说。大陆餐厅处理这种,至少赔礼道歉,也有送食物或免单。食客可以打市长热线投诉,有些还需赔偿。大陆的餐厅有流动食品安全等级,一般挂在餐厅显眼处,我看到不敢挂出来的餐厅或者C级的就不会进去。不知道香港有没有类似的,我没看到。 continue reading

上周末晚跟筆友參加完 Montblanc的新筆預展,便一起去了尖東的金功夫點心吃晚飯,我要了一客煲仔飯套餐,包一款煲仔飯、一款燉湯及一款點心。 我選擇的是臘腸蒸雞飯、西洋菜燉陳腎及燒賣兩粒,煲仔飯跟燒賣都有合格的水準,最值得推薦的反而是這客西洋菜燉陳腎湯,首先上枱時好夠熱度,燉盅内的材料非常豐富,除了西洋菜及陳腎外,還有雞腳、蜜棗、廋肉、南北杏等湯料,湯味非常鮮甜,像在喝著西洋菜蜜。近日春夏交接時候,天氣時冷時熱,一不小心就容易患上流行性感冒。 西洋菜為冬天當造蔬菜,不但有潤肺止咳功效,同時可以化燥,配合清熱下火的陳腎,更有健脾益胃功效,助你對抗咳嗽,紓緩氣管不適等問題,而且鮮甜味美,好適合這個季節飲用。 continue reading
