今日在北角覓食,雖然食巿很多,但質素參差很大,多次中伏。 之前在其他區經過功夫點心分店都過門不入,今次在渣華道見到有一分店,店內都差不多坐滿,姑且進入一試。 兩人叫了六樣點心,鮮雞湯小籠包、生煎銀蘿魚餅、韮黃原隻鮮蝦腸、豉汁排骨飯、陳醋鮮肉餃及胡椒湯生菜鮻魚湯。魚餅炸得很香脆,鮮蝦腸無花無假是兩隻原蝦一條腸。 排骨飯一點別樹一格,不像傳統。 鮻魚湯的鮻魚則太過鬆散,湯味過鹹。至於雞湯小籠包,因英文解說是Pork Dumpling in Chicken Soup ,我們以為是小籠包浸在雞湯,原來只是傳統小籠包,翻譯有誤,相信很多外國人都可能誤會了。餐館的選單值得一讚,細細張但很清楚列出一系列點心,大約有45樣點心或粥飯選擇,下次可以再來一試。細過的時候記得曾問過父母為何點心只在早上或飲茶吃,答案是:「當然」。現在時代已改變了。

魚餅炸得很香脆,鮮蝦腸無花無假是兩隻原蝦一條腸。 排骨飯一點別樹一格,不像傳統。 鮻魚湯的鮻魚則太過鬆散,湯味過鹹。至於雞湯小籠包,因英文解說是Pork Dumpling in Chicken Soup ,我們以為是小籠包浸在雞湯,原來只是傳統小籠包,翻譯有誤,相信很多外國人都可能誤會了。

餐館的選單值得一讚,細細張但很清楚列出一系列點心,大約有45樣點心或粥飯選擇,下次可以再來一試。

細過的時候記得曾問過父母為何點心只在早上或飲茶吃,答案是:「當然」。現在時代已改變了。

點心不錯,不過服務麻麻,尤其收銀阿姐。食過幾次,今日外買自取,叫十樣野,講左兩三樣,對方(張單顯示”芳”)冇反應,以為未落好,就停一停,點知佢以為落完,我話仲有,講左三樣,對方又冇任何回應,我又停一停,佢又以為落完,我又話仲有,佢就好唔耐麻咁話我喇:你一路講就得,我會一路落,我落完會再覆你,唔好講下停下,我好多野做!(我落晒單後,問係咪十樣,佢話係,但冇再覆單)之後去俾錢,二百幾,諗住俾信用卡(平時堂食都係俾卡),位收銀話要cash。我話平時都收卡㗎,佢話出左單,我問收信用卡張單會唔同?原來落外賣時,出單打左cash!就要俾cash!佢之前又唔問,又知我一定俾cash?如我一早講俾卡但忘記帶,係咪唔收cash先?

7月30日,北角36.7度,下晝四點幾去功夫點心食嘢。填好點心紙後,舉手叫侍應生,只見4名侍應生在收銀處聊天,但沒有人聽見。到第三次時,才有侍應生聽到,過來收點心紙。坐了一會之後,發覺店舖原來沒有開冷氣,到食物送到後,一邊吃一邊流汗,見到店舖開了2把風扇,但就是不開冷氣。之後來了一枱顧客,受不了店內的溫度,索性坐在風扇前面的枱。我真的不明白為甚麼36.7度不開冷氣,如果各位怕店舖凍的話,不妨到這間店吃東西,不會遇到太凍的情況。p.s自動門壞了很久,也不維修

我真的不明白為甚麼36.7度不開冷氣,如果各位怕店舖凍的話,不妨到這間店吃東西,不會遇到太凍的情況。

先介紹這款最傳統的家鄉鹹肉糭,糭子唔算特大,屬中等 Size,切開後可以清楚見到豬肉、綠豆和鹹蛋黃等材料。吃一口,綠豆鬆化,糯米煙韌,而且比例剛好,加上帶肥的豬腩肉,入味又好吃,同中間嘅蛋黃配合起來,鹹香惹味。

至於這款較鹹肉糭相對健康的豆沙鹼水糭,水準亦不俗,烚熟後米粒仍見分明,帶晶瑩光澤,入口綿綿煙韌,配上內裡的豆沙,清甜軟糯夾爽滑,可以淋少許糖漿,又或者沾少許砂糖一起品嘗,一樣咁可口。

最後就輪到吃呢款肇慶最出名的傳統小吃懷舊瑤柱裹蒸糭,細心一看,分量果然十足,數一數,餡料除咗有鹹肉糭最基本嘅糯米、綠豆、鹹蛋黃和豬肉外,還加了燒鴨、蓮籽、瑤柱、冬菇等。材料雖多,但味道沒有混作一團,口感分明,糯米熟透、蓮子綿香鬆化、冬菇香氣濃郁,而且細嚼下更可隱約嘗到陳皮的氣味,令人吃得滿足。

未到端午節已經食曬啲糭,唔使擔心,因為有人公司嘅福利唔錯,竟然有糭券派,番書仔邊識欣賞呀,益曬我,一於留返扒龍舟正日先食!

棉花雞啲雞好滑。但係無雞味,梗係冇啦,用冰鮮雞, 但無法新鮮雞又真係好貴。

呢度勝在價錢平。味道就普普通通啦。最好下午茶嚟食。晏咗起身下次再嚟啦

第一蝦:韭黃鮮蝦腸是也,個皮唔厚,而且入面隻蝦仲大大隻,但食唔到有韭黃,夾開都唔係好覺得有,而且個豉油就太淡,落左同無落差別不太大呢~呢度就扣左少少分了~

本身叫左春卷,但係黎左腐皮卷,因為食到尾聲先發現錯左,所以唔好浪費,就要左呢個。腐皮卷就略嫌油左少少,一咬落去d油就衝出黎,但係入面就好足料,隻蝦都係大大隻的。

今天身體狀況不佳,所以家人特別到北角接收工,我見身體稍為好一點,就和家人去食下午茶,因為我根本無胃口食飯,所以食點心就剛剛好。我地叫了兩轉點心,以下係其中一些:這個鮑魚汁鳳爪份量都幾大,很多骨膠原,但不太入味,這個就應該係廚房問題,不過我飲過那些汁,本身都無咩味,真係唔知係汁問題,還是功夫問題了? 這個金錢肚就很好了,夠味道,又大份,可以一試。 還有要介紹的,當然係一隻一隻點的蝦餃啦,蝦肉勁多,真材實料、口感一流、皮唔厚,每人食一粒就剛剛好。其實還點了其他,例外:燒賣、排骨等等⋯不過都唔係咩特別食物,就唔多作介紹,其實我都去過幾間功夫點心分店,這間無論服務質素、食物質素都唔算好,那些姐姐大部份都無穿整齊制服。如果佢唔係集團式都無咩所謂,但佢又要扮高檔,但服務人員態度差,都幾趕客。

Got these from Kung Fu Dim Sum.After slicing and shallow frying it, the pudding was ready to eat.You can either shallow fry it directly or dip the slices in egg before frying.The pudding was similar to mochi but the texture was much denser and stickier and not too sweet with a hint of coconut milk.For the radish pudding, I liked the chunky white radish pieces in the middle with lots of dried shrimps and preserved wax sausages in it.

是日收工黎北角搵食,食左好多次南記,今次決定食點心。幸好唔使等位,入黎坐底落野,好快點心一次過上哂黎,好高速。張枱都放唔哂。有些點心可以點兩粒,唔使一籠4粒。蝦餃皮略厚,函料爽口蝦味濃,正!燒賣皮太薄,上枱見到皮有點爛,賣相唔靚。幸好味道不錯,豬肉鮮甜。奶黃飽好好味,函多且流心,奶黃味香甜,小心燙口!排骨飯,排骨入味肉淋,但飯太濕。棉花雞,雞肉入味,咬落爽身,魚肚係真係魚肚,唔係豬皮,絕無偷工減料。魚肚又淋又入味。有d無影到就唔講咁多啦!食完又走人。
