蟹子香菇燒賣皇,樣子不太齊整,肉質肥瘦比例恰當,有肉汁。
鳳凰煎糯米雞,材料不怎豐富,但加隻蛋,煎一煎外表,竟有不同效果,好有蛋香,好味!
明爐叉燒腸,腸粉拉得不算太厚,叉燒質素一般,喜歡吃腸粉,怎也會收貨。
原隻鮮蝦腸,蝦爽口,賣$23,算抵。
新鮮鯇魚骨腩粥,粥底幾綿,鯇魚肉也甜美。
蟲草花滑雞飯,雖不是鮮雞,但雞蒸得幾滑,蟲草花本身無味,裝飾作用,飯也好吃。
上湯浸時蔬,是油麥菜,不過不失。

經營食肆,除了做食品的功夫好外,另一成功要素,是兩個字:管理。「寧可一思進,莫在一思停。」眼見很多企業,因管理不善,結果變成「一代終輸」,員工要訓練,要監管,要指導,要協助,不可以讓他們自生自滅,係咪咁話?

星期日也是上班日,而且返夜(T^T),上班前爭取時間和男朋友見面吃個午餐。本想去吃人氣沾麵,但沒開門,於是來了這家功夫點心。其實前一晚打算網上訂位享9折優惠,但都預約滿了。來到時要等7張枱差點想走了,不過還是繼續等,差不多等了半小時才有位。進去後二話不說就寫點心,他最愛的懷舊綿香馬拉糕,還有我最愛的鮮蝦菜苗餃,等位時聽到別人說好吃的鳯凰煎糯米雞,吃點心必吃的蟹籽香菇燒賣皇兩粒,以及濃湯魚肚鮮竹卷。嘩好多等了很久也未有得吃,於是無無聊聊又加單要了酥皮焗奶皇包。好了!請停手,要肥死了!加單的酥皮焗奶皇包竟然比之前叫的點心早到,顯然是預先大量做好。一客三個,像BB仔的拳頭那麼大,預先焗好的所以不會很熱,不過還保持了一定的溫度。外皮很脆,像菠蘿包一樣,不過沒有菠蘿包那麼甜,奶皇不是流沙的,顏色較深,頗甜,算幾好吃,我想如果新鮮熱辣的話必定加分。接著來了糯米雞,煎得挺香,外面微焦,吃起來完全不像平常吃用荷葉包著的糯米雞那種荷葉味道,取而代之的是蝦米味,餡料更有蛋黃,整體不錯,最喜歡脆脆的飯焦。馬拉糕和菜苗餃也來了。馬拉糕外型吸引,但完全可以不試,馬拉糕又稱為鬆糕,應該是鬆化才對,但這個馬拉糕很實

一客三個,像BB仔的拳頭那麼大,預先焗好的所以不會很熱,不過還保持了一定的溫度。外皮很脆,像菠蘿包一樣,不過沒有菠蘿包那麼甜,奶皇不是流沙的,顏色較深,頗甜,算幾好吃,我想如果新鮮熱辣的話必定加分。

接著來了糯米雞,煎得挺香,外面微焦,吃起來完全不像平常吃用荷葉包著的糯米雞那種荷葉味道,取而代之的是蝦米味,餡料更有蛋黃,整體不錯,最喜歡脆脆的飯焦。

馬拉糕和菜苗餃也來了。馬拉糕外型吸引,但完全可以不試,馬拉糕又稱為鬆糕,應該是鬆化才對,但這個馬拉糕很實,也不香,絕不會再試。而菜苗餃的皮很厚,菜苗也多,但蝦很小塊,我還吃到肥豬肉的味道
還是添好運的比較好吃。

驟眼看這個鮮竹卷好像名不副實,乾巴巴的樣子,但原來翻開底下有奶白色的濃湯,而且好香甜,更有兩塊魚肚!而鮮竹卷的枝竹本身不夠腍也不夠滑,裡面又吃到肥豬肉!不過湯底為它加了不少分。

這個燒賣名為蟹籽香菇燒賣皇,上面那幾顆是甚麼蟹籽不深究了,但這粒燒賣是完全沒有「香菇」的,只有豬肉!$7一粒一點也不值,一定不要點。

雖然不算很好吃,但也不難吃,普通貨色,價錢不貴,兩人吃了那麼多也只是$108元,早餐和下午茶時段更有八折,可以一試,但我不會再去。帳單給大家參考一下

煎得金黃外表的煎米雞,脆而不硬,清脆俐落。內裡的糯米質感軟糯,餡料份量十足,有雞肉,鹹蛋黃等等,外脆內軟的感覺非常滿足。

鮮竹卷一向是最肥膩的點心之一,以高湯浸著上,感覺更為清淡,另外的魚肚,吸收了濃湯汁,是精華所在。

留意到渣華道街市對面開左間點心餐廳終於找左個週末早上去試下最美味的酥皮香麻蘿蔔糕,口感十足,味道不錯其他就不過不失啦~唔想去酒樓飲茶的另類選擇,不過食得多點心就有點略貴

Upon entering the restaraurant, it was nice, clean and modern.After I sat down, they put those glass bowls with hot water for you to clean the bowls, chopsticks and cups.I was not expecting that in a modern looking dim sum restaurant or perhaps it was not so modern.Anyway I generally avoid going to dim sum restaurants where you need to wash the cups because to me it means they were not prewashed before or they are dirty.While I was looking at the menu I saw a black fly walking on the rims of a b

Upon entering the restaraurant, it was nice, clean and modern.

Anyway I generally avoid going to dim sum restaurants where you need to wash the cups because to me it means they were not prewashed before or they are dirty.

I was not expecting this to be steamed but it was hot.
Instead of a fragrant coconut smell, there was a foul smell, so I strongly advise do not order this.
The smell was really weird, it was so artificial.
The texture of the jelly was really tough and sticky and on the top the pudding it had some weird white sauce which made it look revolting, it looks like some weird milky discharge.
The pudding which should have been four pieces was not cut properly into four pieces.

晚上想食點心, 所以同友人們就來此店試下.原來蝦餃同燒賣都可以以粒點餐, 就算少人來每樣只叫2粒都可以.另外叫左又燒腸同蒸排骨飯.此店既腸粉真係好好味, 做得出色皮薄又滑另外蒸飯都唔錯, 排骨醃得入味.還有沙薑雞腳同樣出色, 沙薑味好香好入味, 雞腳又整得夠淋,此店點心樣樣都做得幾有水準, 下次都可以再來

六月下旬‧熱這幾年除了拉麵,其實中式點心店也大行其道,好幾個點心店的牌子都越開越多分店,這裡也有第二分店了。中式點心的好處就是吃多可以,想吃少少亦得,這裡一些點心可以兩件的叫。海鮮湯好似一壺茶,味道幾清甜的。雪山叉燒包面脆而叉燒餡也美味,焗得熱熱的自然美味。幾時也一試無妨的。
