搬了新店的「功德林」,我都是第一次到來,環境舒適,居高林下,能飽覽維園景色。餐廳標榜所有菜式不加味精和色素,我們挑選了酥炸三絲雞卷、豆腐餃子、油雞菌雜錦煲仔飯、酸辣湯、田園粟米羹、豆腐花、湯圓,各款素菜質素都頗滿意。首先上桌的是湯羹,酸辣湯的酸辣度剛好,粟米羮香甜。暖暖胃,是這頓晚餐的好開始。酥炸三絲雞卷吃不出半點油膩感,新鮮爽脆時蔬、素雞做成春卷,與甜酸汁拌食,味道非常之好,在悶熱的天氣下,酸酸甜甜很開胃,這道菜我很喜歡。豆腐餃子要讚賞廚師手工,純手作把豆腐當作餃子皮,包著蔬菜,來一道非常清淡菜式,也很不錯。看似平凡不過的煲仔飯,香氣撲鼻,惹味的油雞菌、雜菇,配以熱騰騰粒粒分明的米飯,金黃香脆飯焦,這是我對煲仔飯着迷的原因。木桶豆腐花滑捋捋,配上桂花糖水,味道很清香。黑芝麻湯圓,芝麻餡好香,甜品質素也相當高。用心做,高質素,我一定會再來! continue reading

其實我好鍾意佢地既食物環境都好好本身叫左10樣菜式有多有好幾樣等左好而都未出我地又飽左所以決定係淨餘未出既菜式入面取消一碟已經再三強調唔要個一碟服務員堅持上餐我地食哂所有野先上一早已order 取消個碟前後都有1小時我地用餐時間差唔多2小時令整個體驗變差以呢個價位既素食餐廳黎講真係有啲失望希望素食店係員工培訓方面可以做好啲勿被員工因小失大失去食客見到功德林由大場搬細場已經有啲唏噓希望所有素食店都可以長做落去 continue reading

新開在Sugar + 的功德林,地方比較別緻,環境OK,人流不多,可能是性價比太低!點了488 二人套餐,沒加任何食物,埋單承惠600+, 清水20/位,2位開了一壺,收40元,小食花生16元(冇得揀),再全部加一 怪不得很多人要北上消費,在上海功德林,200元就可食到差不多食物,服務更好!食物一般,竹笙湯,優點是夠熱;前菜2款,細細碟,蛋白炒粉絲,松子炒飯,豆沙鍋餅⋯都不是什麼貴菜式(素食材料本身不貴),488二人套餐都不怎優惠若飲滾水要收40元,待應應和客人交代! continue reading
