搬了新店的「功德林」,我都是第一次到來,環境舒適,居高林下,能飽覽維園景色。餐廳標榜所有菜式不加味精和色素,我們挑選了酥炸三絲雞卷、豆腐餃子、油雞菌雜錦煲仔飯、酸辣湯、田園粟米羹、豆腐花、湯圓,各款素菜質素都頗滿意。首先上桌的是湯羹,酸辣湯的酸辣度剛好,粟米羮香甜。暖暖胃,是這頓晚餐的好開始。酥炸三絲雞卷吃不出半點油膩感,新鮮爽脆時蔬、素雞做成春卷,與甜酸汁拌食,味道非常之好,在悶熱的天氣下,酸酸甜甜很開胃,這道菜我很喜歡。豆腐餃子要讚賞廚師手工,純手作把豆腐當作餃子皮,包著蔬菜,來一道非常清淡菜式,也很不錯。看似平凡不過的煲仔飯,香氣撲鼻,惹味的油雞菌、雜菇,配以熱騰騰粒粒分明的米飯,金黃香脆飯焦,這是我對煲仔飯着迷的原因。木桶豆腐花滑捋捋,配上桂花糖水,味道很清香。黑芝麻湯圓,芝麻餡好香,甜品質素也相當高。用心做,高質素,我一定會再來!

餐廳標榜所有菜式不加味精和色素,我們挑選了酥炸三絲雞卷、豆腐餃子、油雞菌雜錦煲仔飯、酸辣湯、田園粟米羹、豆腐花、湯圓,各款素菜質素都頗滿意。

首先上桌的是湯羹,酸辣湯的酸辣度剛好,粟米羮香甜。暖暖胃,是這頓晚餐的好開始。

酥炸三絲雞卷吃不出半點油膩感,新鮮爽脆時蔬、素雞做成春卷,與甜酸汁拌食,味道非常之好,在悶熱的天氣下,酸酸甜甜很開胃,這道菜我很喜歡。

豆腐餃子要讚賞廚師手工,純手作把豆腐當作餃子皮,包著蔬菜,來一道非常清淡菜式,也很不錯。

看似平凡不過的煲仔飯,香氣撲鼻,惹味的油雞菌、雜菇,配以熱騰騰粒粒分明的米飯,金黃香脆飯焦,這是我對煲仔飯着迷的原因。

木桶豆腐花滑捋捋,配上桂花糖水,味道很清香。黑芝麻湯圓,芝麻餡好香,甜品質素也相當高。

用心做,高質素,我一定會再來!

新開在Sugar + 的功德林,地方比較別緻,環境OK,人流不多,可能是性價比太低!點了488 二人套餐,沒加任何食物,埋單承惠600+, 清水20/位,2位開了一壺,收40元,小食花生16元(冇得揀),再全部加一 怪不得很多人要北上消費,在上海功德林,200元就可食到差不多食物,服務更好!食物一般,竹笙湯,優點是夠熱;前菜2款,細細碟,蛋白炒粉絲,松子炒飯,豆沙鍋餅⋯都不是什麼貴菜式(素食材料本身不貴),488二人套餐都不怎優惠若飲滾水要收40元,待應應和客人交代!

由於奶奶是素食者,今晚老公便特意揀選了一向食物水準穩定的功德林,和奶奶預祝中秋節。我們一行四人點選了香酥鰂魚、上湯有機蕃薯苗、砂鍋獅子頭及花菇素雞栗子煲。個人最欣賞是香酥鰂魚,芋頭魚這款看似平凡不過的素菜,炸得皮脆芋蓉香,最難得是吃不出半點油膩。獅子頭像真度非常高,口感和真正用豬肉烹調的獅子頭沒有多大分別。總結各款餸菜也具水準,加上餐廳標榜所有菜式不加味精或色素,堅持少鹽少油,實屬難得。
