以前讀書年代,總是喜歡到豪華餅店買麵包,然後到公和坐低叫一碗豆腐花做午餐,當然現在梗係唔得啦,因為"請勿在本店進食非本店之食物".另外,以前啲伙計都是老一輩的阿伯,非常友善.現在卻換了幾個零服務零禮貌的人.嚟到梗係飲豆漿及食豆花,可惜,無以前咁好味,豆花食落去唔夠滑,豆漿啲豆味亦唔夠.亦叫咗煎魚蛋和煎釀豆腐,魚蛋極之普通,不吃也罷,反而釀豆腐就有點驚喜,不會煎得太硬,反而這個有豆腐味.總體而言,老店總是吃它的懷舊味道及集體回憶而已.

講到係宴其實有點誇張,因為我只係食左一碗豆腐花同飲左杯凍豆漿天氣熱得恐怖,成身大汗,剛經過這店,便進內飲杯凍豆漿,豆漿真的冰凍,透心的涼!豆味濃郁,解口渴妙品!既然豆漿好味,就要多碗豆腐花了,反正都仲有quota!豆腐花好滑,豆味都不少,品質唔差!加了黃糖來吃都幾滋味!吃得滿足,再去九龍城街市買餸!

由細到大都係食義香豆腐花, 味道非常好, 且外賣大大碗都係5蚊, 但係就未試過公和今日重遊舊地當然要試試啦豆腐花用瓦缸而唔係一般既木桶, 唔知係咪會好食d呢?熱豆腐花溫度剛剛好, 我最怕食半涼不溫既食物豆味同義香差唔多, 但texture就比義香更滑更軟, 而且冇義香果陣煙味店內環境唔光鮮, 就係越舊越有味道! 又唔會好似義香咁勁濕加上人流唔多, 靜靜地好舒服深水埗都有一間公和, 我未去過, 但睇尼個網既食評好似話好食+抵食d($8 vs $6!!!), 下次一定要試試!

讀中學時, 好鍾意放學時, 就走到呢間豆品舖食冰凍的豆腐花. 仲要係加黃糖個隻. d同學仔話, d 豆腐花係凍架喎, 咪唔溶囉....我就係貪佢唔溶, 可以咬碎d黃糖粒粒, 好過癮! 豆腐花本身好滑, 又夠凍. 加少少黃糖, 又軟綿綿, 又有粒粒硬硬地的黃糖, 又軟又硬, 正!

出生在九龍城的我,在這裡一帶的食店都吃出了感情,例如創發潮州飯店、豪華餅店等等,其中一間就是公和荳品廠。每次經過九龍城也盡量會抽空到這裡喝一杯超級冰凍豆漿和豆腐花。別人總是想某店的豆香比這裡的香,豆花比這裡的滑。但是這裡的食品始終如一,跟我小時候吃的味道沒有怎麼大的改變。這裡的豆漿除了非常的凍和解喝外,沒了一般市面的那樣甜,所以更加能夠啖出黃豆本來有的香味。至於豆腐花,只要是懂得食的人,無論氣溫高低都指定要熱的而不會選擇冷的那種。原因很簡單,只有熱的豆花才會保持它原來的滑,只要一冷卻便會失去了這個特色了。滑滑的豆花從舌頭上"滑"進去的感覺,實在是難以用文字來形容。我有一個很奇怪的習慣來"試"豆腐花有多滑,至於如何試請在我的blog內留言,我便會告知閣下~ ^^要是跟深水埗的店來比較,我想欠缺了對這裡的熟悉感外,食品的質數也相當接近。

北河街的公和由細吃到大,福佬村的公和就一次都未去過.大家都是舊店,這間衛生程度比北河街好得多,沒有烏蠅四圍飛.反而味道就...個人覺得,龍城是義香之地頭,公和是屬於深水埠.這次在龍城喝到的豆漿,味道很淡,似八份水兩份豆的份量,豆花就沒有兩樣,但又覺得糖漿味道同樣地淡..連帶門外的煎釀三寶,蘿蔔糕,也了無生氣,全無意慾去吃.是否又是一些什麼"地域情感"的心理影響?
