南丫島少見既態度差,係極差。下午2.30去到,餐廳唔算多人,有空位,但要搭枱。去到,冇人招待,等左5分鐘之後,先有個女人出黎,用手勢驅趕我地,話:「冇位啊,唔做啊,你哋走啦!」我哋2個好無語,好聲好氣問有冇位,點知換黎咁差既態度。眼見餐廳又未坐爆,又唔係好多人食嘢,可能佢哋真係好好生意,唔憂做啦。嘢食望落去細細碗冇乜特別吸引,餐牌款式都唔多,餐廳裏面都稍為污糟。去南丫島都係食啲Cafe會好啲,呢間唔建議。

🛫疫情關係,冇得去旅行!好想去旅行!要坐船去離島逛逛,來找回點旅行感覺。⛴中午出動南丫島,榕樹灣落船當然要祭五臟廟,沿路看沿路選,見一可愛小店,日系家庭風裝修兼有個和風名字的車仔麵店~ [🌰栗堂Kuri Kuri🌰],Kuri 是日文栗的意思。🏔門前黑板畫了個富士山,還寫上「おいしい車仔麵」(おいしい是Oishii美味),店面不大,座位亦不算多,只有16個,簡約風的裝修加上色彩繽紛的可愛繪本畫佈置,很特色。門面的玻璃木趟門,很有日本小店的影子。🍲食物方面,多以脆炸香口為主的「炸物」,如炸午餐肉、炸墨魚條、炸素腐皮卷、炸魚腐等,全部脆口但不油膩。「煮物」方面,只試了雞中翼,雞翼的滷汁是自製的,加了香葉,好香好味道。車仔麵有別於平日那些灑上蔥花,而是會加上炸蒜,有特色之餘,也為湯底增添了一份香!跟港式車仔麵一樣,分兩餸($42)三餸($50)四餸($48),湯底可選豬骨湯或素湯,而食物擺盤亦非常精緻有心思。食物擺得靚靚,食慾當然大增,而且是非一般的靚,單看他們[油菜]($26)的擺盤,平日落廚有做擺盤的我,絕對也要甘拜下風!

我同朋友各自叫左兩個餸,五香肉丁同牛筋,咖喱豬皮同炸魚腐。特別炸魚腐同平時食開好唔同,又香口又煙韌,好味到朋友去問老闆娘賣唔賣,佢想外賣魚腐😂除左魚腐,牛筋都唔錯架,軟軟地,大啖大啖食都無問題。

揀了咖喱豬皮、炸芝士腸、炸魚腐,配豬骨湯米線,炸芝士腸同炸魚腐非常有味,炸芝士腸外型好似便當既八爪魚型腸,令人想一口食左佢。

身為湯麵忠粉,去到邊都想搵一碗好味嘅麵食。我從來認為坊間嘅車仔麵,所有湯都唔係好飲得落肚,首先一係係味精湯,再唔係就好油,不過食得車仔麵預咗係咁。但係栗堂真係完全令我改觀,首先碗麵上枱時好精緻,湯夠熱,每樣餸都係精心泡製嘅,炸物係鮮炸,外脆內熱辣辣,滷水雞翼翼尖勁入味,蘿蔔係用姜汁煮嘅,軟硬適中,唔似有啲地方煮到淋啤啤,完全無咗本來嘅質感,食材好新鮮好乾淨,好多餸都超好食,食到一半又再加多碗淨餸,沒完沒了,第一次食車仔麵連湯都飲埋,仲要食完唔頸渴更欣賞的是老闆老闆娘兩人自己親自主持大局,店的裝潢擺設都好靚好舒服,而家肯用心去做好每一個細節而唔係淨係為咗賺錢賺到盡嘅人真係無咩幾個我一定會為咗呢碗麵而再入南丫島!
