上回講到食左餐好滿足既辣宴,小辣朋友要求去食甜品中和返佢唔平衡既心理。(因為對於佢來講真係太辣)我地去咗佢想試好耐既京林屋食個甜品。特製林屋抹茶餡蜜有抹茶雪糕、蕨餅、啫喱、白玉、寒天,抹茶雪糕香濃幼滑,覺得抹茶味濃點更好。抹茶啫喱有淡淡抹茶味,白玉質感算是煙韌。可惜最失望就係有期望既時候,蕨餅完全冇口感,軟身亦冇任何味道。加上抹茶粉入口一PAT野。除左個抹茶雪糕,基本上都要靠黑蜜先有味道自問都係一個抹茶控,覺得有點失望同唔值。抹茶甜品唔夠抹茶味,需要黑蜜去補救。妹仔大過主人,不如叫特製林屋餡蜜(抹茶味)吧

特製林屋抹茶餡蜜
有抹茶雪糕、蕨餅、啫喱、白玉、寒天,
抹茶雪糕香濃幼滑,覺得抹茶味濃點更好。
抹茶啫喱有淡淡抹茶味,白玉質感算是煙韌。

結論係有飲開茶嘅唔好錯過呢間餐廳,超出預期,真茶店!同埋待應姐姐超nice,主動行嚟落單加水,就算坐係角落都唔會被遺忘,very good!

本想到Eslite逛逛,但人太多(以晚上八點多了)所以到樓上吃甜品。點了圖中這份。有點太甜(里面的红豆)味道吃起來有點負擔,整体有点不搭。。 有點可惜。加上HKD68,再加tax總共HKD76有點貴,心痛。

We were allowed to  an entree, drink, and dessert of choice. I selected the Unagi Donburi and Matcha with Strawberry Ice Cream paired with their exclusive Hong Kong Parfait. The donburi was fragrant, and the portions of eel were generous, tender, and carried that signature caramelized flavor you only find in Japanese preparation. It also came with a side of miso soup while small, is very concentrated in flavor unlike the typical watery servings in most JP style eateries. It seemed to be served on a bed of brown rice, with other garnishes.

 The drink carried a very strong tea flavor which balanced out nicely with the brightness coming from the strawberry ice cream. Last but not least was the parfait, which was impressive in every aspect including presentation and flavor. It comes with a matcha soft serve while slightly bitter, is balanced out by different aspects of various fruit and tea jellies, mochi, whipped cream, and strawberries, resulting in an incredible variety of flavors.

晚上突然要到銅鑼灣見客,心情很爽,因為簽了一張大單子,所以很想好好慰勞一下自己,好吧,一於到希鎮廣場的京林屋吃過痛快!原來搬了上12樓,我入到去,肚子太餓,馬上叫了一個鯖魚定食和一個迷你培茶芭菲,包括了我最愛的冰桃茶!鯖魚定食熱辣辣,又很香而且煎得剛剛好,我覺得份量很剛,而且米飯很香,加上熱辣辣的日夲麵豉湯,真的很滿足!我們女孩子没有甜品不歡,我很喜歡吃培茶笆菲,因為綠茶味很清香,加上寒冬和小丸子及啫喱,越吃越開心,冰桃茶又很清甜解偈,心情大好,下次再要試限量阪的草莓栋茶沙冰雪糕了!

我們女孩子没有甜品不歡,我很喜歡吃培茶笆菲,因為綠茶味很清香,加上寒冬和小丸子及啫喱,越吃越開心,冰桃茶又很清甜解偈,心情大好,下次再要試限量阪的草莓栋茶沙冰雪糕了!

炎炎夏日,總想食點冷麵、甜品降溫,來到我喜愛的抹茶餐廳 - 京林屋。時間尚早,可以坐茶室和座,屏風由頂到中間,入座時也要小心。點了鰻魚飯 $98 (套餐,包一杯飲品)、抹茶蕎麥麵 $78 (單點)鰻魚確是肥美,但略嫌不脆身飯伴蛋絲幾香,不過下層的飯太濕了。將白蘿蔔蓉、菇、芥末加入冷麵汁冷麵軟硬適中,麵條溫度剛好,不會太熱,又不會冷的結冰,浸在冷麵汁享用,鰹魚香味中帶攻鼻的芥末,開胃又透心涼。輕食後就是甜品,有焙茶卷蛋$88(單點)、竹炭焙茶卷蛋 $88。飲品是葡萄煎茶、桃味焙茶,前者聞上去好香,茶味較為濃,所以不太適合女生,至於桃味焙茶較溫和,有果香味,易入口。竹炭焙茶卷蛋應該是新品竹炭蛋糕好軟鬆,配上焙茶軟滑忌廉一流!雪糕口味是雲呢拿,丸子也好煙韌,紅豆不太甜。上次焙茶卷蛋已經賣完,今次終於試到。蛋糕不夠竹炭的鬆軟,不過也是美味,焙茶雪糕茶味好香,不錯不錯。再訪京林屋仍然可保持到水準,不過鹹食方面鰻魚飯就一般,冷麵類就不錯,至於甜品就是必食!

焙茶芝士蛋糕$88 (跟指定茶$108)焙茶唔多地方有,所以一定會點,濃郁而茶香在跟中迴甘,質地又唔會太大件食完好漏,而球同樣是焙茶味架雪糕又錦上添花啦!奶味甜味都平衡,食入口即溶化好滑,夏天食真是好幸福。
