3個人叫咗3個定食,包括吉列豬柳加牛肉餅,吉列牛舌同咖哩吉列豬扒,三個味道都唔錯,肉質亦算高質,吉列炸得鬆脆。但以日式食肆嚟比較,服務就唔算好,樣樣都好被動,例如原來叫定食加22蚊就會有杯抹茶特飲,但order時冇提起,係我地見到另一檯全檯都叫我地主動問waiter先話原來有優惠,椰菜絲亦唔會好似其他同類店鋪咁會攞住盤菜主動問吓需唔需要添加,要客人出聲問,不過呢啲問題都唔算大問題嘅….我見到待應就咁單手攞碗飯比隔離檯,手板響飯面嘅攞碗方法就有啲嚇人,茶餐廳嘅快手做法唔應該響日本料理度出現,呢啲都係做飲食嘅基本禮儀,就算唔用出餐托盤都最少搵嘢蓋住碗飯,點都唔好單手由頂捉住個碗咁出餐嘛。lunch 要平均200蚊一位真係唔係平㗎,但又要限90分鐘時間….價錢走中高檔路線但服務只比茶記好少少,感覺好唔synchronise😅

Airside還是咁多人,見呢間評價還ok,而且不用等太耐就試下,可惜幾失望吓 。最重點期待的牛柳餐的牛柳基本上食唔到牛味,也好像沒甚調味,飯是涼的,好處是會比塊煎pan比你自已調熟度,也有鹽可以一路煎一點調味 。無限添加的椰菜絲偏苦。另一set吉列豬味道也非常一般,比另一著名日式吉列豬名店Tonkichi相爭好遠 。豬扒的咖哩汁似大生7蚊一磚果d貨色。我們也叫了牛肉鍋,算是咁多set裡最正常 。然而整體勝價比低。感覺不單是人多出品差,更甚是食材質素遠遠對不起收費 。

今日第一次嚟AIRSIDE行街, 到達時已經差唔多中午, 所以決定搵嘢食完先行街。見依間門口有幾個人排緊隊, 自己又未試過吉列牛, 所以就跟住排。因為佢1200開始營業, 所以好快便安排入座。經店員介紹, 我點了一個忌廉牛肉餅併二味牛御膳。初時冇特別留意張單, 過了大約十分鐘, 我先發現原來店員落錯單, 叫了豚肉併和牛餐, 所以即時叫店員修正, 但已心知不妙。這時已經見同時入席的其他客人開始陸續用餐。結果再過了20分鐘才上我的order, 即總共用了半個鐘上一個餐。我覺得廚房係由接到改單後才開始從頭備餐, 但既然是伙記落錯單, 店員/店長是否有責任去確保盡快更正及上餐?而不是叫客人白等半個鐘。經現場觀察, 他們上一個餐大約只需十分鐘。至於食物, 不過不失, 牛是好味的, 但白飯唔夠熱, 見其他客人也有同樣投訴。到埋單時, 在門口聽到收銀員對住對講機話”佢又落錯單!” 其實做錯嘢好平常, 但有冇誠意去修正就正接影響顧客對公司的形象同信心再幫襯!

第一次幫襯,一心諗住搵食牛的地方,寫到明京都 勝牛,應該牛會比較出色,今次叫了一set 京勝豚,牛二味御膳,一次過試晒兩種肉,豚肉ok ,跟其他日式吉列豚肉相對,水準差不多,不是太出色及特別,但牛……….望落去吸引,但就件件牛都有筋,基本上咬唔開,要一口食晒落肚,加上牛味唔夠濃,但肉質可接受,最後重要發現原來單叫京勝豚御膳都只是$148,京勝牛御膳是$178,二食又是$178,咁就唔抵了,所以性價比唔夠高。

saturday walked in , ticket waiting for around 10mins , sat with a sharing table with others but still quite roomy ,here came with ; the signature truffle beef rice set , beef slices remain juicy and had right amount of sauce which enhanced the whole bowl ,the stew salmon collar set , big portion and goes with its miso sauce , sided with some taki mushrooms & pimans ,ingredients are fresh at delicate tastes , overall environment were busy but maintain with very friendly services

試一間新開人氣日式料理 - 京都勝牛;特色在於吉列牛/豚肉/海鮮,份量十足,飯及生菜絲任加。係東京淺草食過一次,感覺好好食,之後回港在港鐵啟德站(AIRSIDE)見到有,就打算再試試。一打開Menu,發現價錢的確比東京貴好多,不過算啦,過江龍一定係咁,叫了4樣。如圖所示 - 經典元祖牛御膳無味道,完全無牛的味道,真係要用調味料搭救,個皮唔脆口,而且唔夠熱,與日本店相比真係有好大距離,價錢亦唔平,名過其實。到個豚肉串,4個之中最出色的,有點驚喜,最好食係呢個豚肉串,竟然比佢主打的吉列牛還好,真係令我跌曬眼鏡!係香港唔會有下一次試呢間!佢唔算係難食,但就係完全唔好食囉!沒有味道的牛肉!總結食物質素同味道只係中規中矩,價錢略貴,豬的料理勝過牛的料理。經典元祖牛御膳淡而無味,係一點肉味都冇,我淨係知道自己食緊舊肉喺個口裏面,如果係想試牛嘅就真係唔好叫,會失望,完全不值一試,熟成厚切豚都可以試下。

吉列豬好脆口又唔會戒損上顎
肉質好稔又夠濕潤🥰🥰
相反翼板牛表現差啲啲 比較有嚼勁 少少韌
而且比較乾身 零牛香 吉列豬好食好多😂
味噌湯好濃好鹹 我麻麻地🫣
另外 白飯 京椰菜及湯都可以無限添加

烏冬藏晒係鍋底
熱焫焫好滑溜😋😋🫶🏻

第一次去airside, 試這間勝牛,不用等好久就有位了,內裡裝修很精緻、乾淨,感覺不錯。侍應也推介入會有優惠,即用手機登記,登記過後,始知apps 內所有優惠均不適用於Airside 的京都勝牛,但可用於其他分店,沒優惠為何要入會?感覺被騙了。牛肉上碟是3-5成熟,職員也主動問是否需要加鐵板。菜、湯、飯是免費添加的。湯是咸了些、飯沒特別,不像是日本米,反而菜是很新鮮美味。牛肉少了點牛味,有點失望。職員態度不錯,但水要主動叫才有,需改善。
