慕名而來,失望而回。重點:牛肉唔靚,唔會再食。因為呢間野最出名係吉列牛,我叫左經典元祖牛御膳,吉列個炸皮炸得唔錯,脆,易咬,肉軟,但係!!但係!!個吉列牛完全無牛既香味甜味油脂味,甚至唔好話牛味,直程咩味都無。唔話我知係牛我都唔知我係咪真係食緊牛肉,我只能夠食出佢係肉,飯反而幾靚,麵鼓湯都唔錯,係有少少鹹,沙律配芝麻醬都好食,個個店員服務都好好…就係間舖主打既牛唔得囉,牛肉本身唔靚,唔係好值呢個價位。呢間野中伏一次都嫌多。

After a couple of rounds of discussion, in the end, the waiter said if I really had a need they could give me hot water? I said yes, I have a need, why else would I ask if I didn’t? 夜晚同朋友經過,見到呢間日式餐廳,裏便好多人,便去試一試。整體味道不錯,食材都幾好,幾新鮮。服務真係好好,值得推介。吉列牛肉會比較生,所以會另外準備一個煎pan自己煎,所以都幾好玩。食材都算OK,煎蛋牛肉唔錯。最後個甜品賣相都幾好,抹茶流心蛋糕,味道都不錯,值得推介。但最想讚嘅都係佢哋啲服務,個個都好有,你俾佢一個眼神,佢就會過嚟問你想要啲乜。呢樣嘢我覺得超乎我嘅想像。同埋我有不停問佢加湯,佢都會好樂意幫我哋加湯,所以係加咗兩次。完全冇唔耐煩。

𓏖 紅豆宇治冰抹茶 $36
甜蜜柔軟的紅豆,配上濃而不澀的上等宇治抹茶,就是絕配。


自上次到訪荃灣店後,一直對京都勝牛的吉列牛念念不忘。得知新商場 AIRSIDE 開了新分店,立即前來朝聖。果然沒有令人失望,除了食物維持一向的高水準外,新店座位更舒適,地點亦更方便♥♥♥
