早幾日經隔離平台預定今日晚上6點鐘去光顧,因為有半價同老婆兩人去撐台腳!一去到已經話今日訂滿咗,本來1.5小時嘅用餐轉為一小時,我即刻O咗嘴。 職員又多多借口,又話老闆去咗旅行,又話一早已經關閉咗隔離平台嘅優惠,又話自己唔知咁多人訂訂咗台。。。我只係講一句:以上嘅原因都唔關個客人事!點解要我哋縮短用餐時間? 該職員只係話都冇辦法,好多人訂枱。理論一番之後,跟住有樓上火鍋店嘅店主出現,同我哋講話不如上去食火鍋啦,我都覺得好奇怪。。。跟住睇返上面有位朋友留言。 原來佢哋都有同樣嘅經驗,好明顯,兩間嘢系串埋。非常失望,所以我哋決定奮然離開,以後都唔會幫襯佢!不知所謂!

唔係朋友帶路真係唔知太子有間隱世日式串燒店,位置在一條小行內,店子細細,但好有日本小店的風格,長型小bar枱可以直接跟師傅溝通,直接看到師傅烹調食物,感覺非常正。原味乳酸梳打乳酪味道溫和清爽,口感清新消暑。麻辣凍豆腐適合夏天的惹味菜式,麻辣香氣十足,豆腐充滿豆香,讓味道濃郁的麻辣凍豆腐在舌尖上中和了麻與辣的味覺刺激。胡麻菠菜口感爽脆很討喜,胡麻醬味道香濃,加上七彩芝麻,擺盤漂亮。鹽燒雞肉串鹽燒可以保留肉的原味,雞肉彈性十足,味道鮮甜。雞頸肉外皮燒得香脆之餘內裏十分煙韌彈牙,油脂豐厚,雞頸肉因為這個部位經常活動,所以肉質緊實有彈性,口感鮮嫩,特別的口感令人一試難忘。手羽先帶皮燒烤的手羽先,可以吃到誘人的油脂香氣,用炭火把油脂逼出後,僅留油香,毫不油膩。雞腎入口爽口脆彈,口感十足,配搭啤酒一流。免治雞肉棒配日本初生蛋火侯剛剛好非常惹味,將生蛋黃和醬油拌勻,免治雞肉棒沾上濃郁的蛋黃醬汁,鮮甜得來又充滿蛋黃香氣,而家肉質更加嫩滑。蒜香牛肉蔥卷將薄牛肉片和蔥粒、蒜蓉卷在一起,牛肉鮮嫩多汁,蒜香味香濃但完全沒有蓋過牛肉的鮮味,非常美味。南瓜奶凍最後店員送上甜品作結尾,是店家自家製奶凍,上下層是鮮奶
