the food is actually not bad. However it is definitely not worth waiting half an hour just for a Kong Pao chicken takeaway. the staff would offer zero help but just tell you to keep waiting. To be honest there isn’t that many people under this pandemic situation. Even if they do have way too many orders, they should have informed customers in advance.

因為我朋友好鍾意食酸菜魚,見到有報道介紹,立即去幫襯下。餐廳環境非常細,枱櫈位置都好逼夾。見到大廚同客人交談下,應該係大廚自立門戶開嘅餐廳。兩個人,其實叫唔到好多嘢,張枱亦都冇位。先叫酸菜魚再追加萵筍 $198+$12熱辣辣酸菜魚,夠酸少少辣,可以連湯都飲埋,香港好多地方都係少少酸味無咩辣,魚嘅份量都唔少,好滑。其實酸菜魚一到張枱已經冇位放其他食物,食完之後個肚仲有少少空位,叫咗個糖醋麵。糖醋麵$68價錢都非常合理,但可惜只係一邊脆,令一面完全冇煎炸過食到最尾,餐廳已經坐滿人,冷氣唔夠好熱由於地方都算偏僻,要經過再去都幾難😅總括嚟講價錢非常合理

試業期間某雜誌介紹,大排長龍,外賣了酸菜魚午餐,夠酸夠辣,飲得出新鮮魚湯魚片做,十分抵食。隔了一個月,今次係堂食,魚湯質素下降,功力小了5成,最大問題係冷氣熱到無開咁,不知是否故意,隔離幾枱客戶都叫店員開大冷氣,店員說很抱歉已是最大然後其他客人就叫凍飲品(餐其實包了一杯熱茶)今日三十三度,餸菜多以辣為主,我碗酸菜魚有一大碗熱湯,食咗幾啖已經成身汁,熱到扣曬分等冬天無咁熱先會再黎食環境裝修其實唔錯。

酸菜魚只有酸味又冇花椒油的香味跟深圳太二都冇得比了,魚皮是一包包貨的,不算是新鮮魚皮,而麻辣牛脷有點似豬脷的感覺⋯⋯麻辣醬麻麻地。其他都覺得普通,希望有侍改進吧。檸檬薏米水淡到冇味。就好似檸檬加水。還有這個時間竟然沒有台與台的隔離,有點危險⋯⋯係呢個疫情。希望跟進一下。服務是沒有問題的。

今日系中環九如坊發現開左間川菜餐館,第一時間系網上search下咩料,原來師傅大有來頭,系米芝蓮食府做過,自家醃製酸菜加上魚骨湯底,生魚系每日新鮮生劏,睇到已經口水直流,於是相約同事去潮聖一下。門面寛濶,有幾張大餐牌放系門口,方便等位嘅時候睇定食咩好入面樓底頗高,有類似燈籠嘅裝飾,西式中帶點中國色彩。坐低後侍應先奉上一杯羅漢果茶,一碟菜絲沙律。招牌酸菜魚,無理由吾食呀!湯底有薄片蘿蔔,酸菜,湯底酸中帶辣,可自由選擇辣度,生魚好滑,好新鮮魚腐海鮮泡飯,超多🦑,鮮味十足口水雞嘅靈魂就系個汁,呢個汁辣度適中土匪豬扒,夠乾身,吾鞋同事見到有糯米酒供應,於是叫左一杯品嚐,佢話都容易入口,帶點甜味。所有餸都有跟一碗白飯,有少量紅米系入面,整體不錯,美中不足系樓底太高,所以冷氣有點不足

之前食過一次lunch, 味道不錯。所以今次食晚飯,見價錢合理。當晚一行7人,叫了酸菜魚,辣子雞,干鍋豬大腸,宮保蝦球,蒜蓉萵筍絲,蔥油雞,焗魚腸,蔥油撈面,宮保雞丁,味道不錯,尤其是它們主打菜酸菜魚,真的很好味,飲得出是香濃魚湯。可惜自帶酒水要收一百元一瓶,食完才知已太遲了,成張單最貴是開瓶費,仲要係自己開的😑😤,侍應沒有提點,只是好緊張我地用它們的開瓶器,原來是計算我們開瓶費,勁中伏。原本千幾埋單變相二千幾,勁唔抵食,服務一般,座位都有點迫。再好食既食物都不及服務既態度,希望餐廳正視這問題。

1.The Sichuan spicy fish
Don’t freak out 🌶Their ‘spicy’ leans toward the mouth-numbing spicy. Its soup also hits the right sour and spicy note.

2. Mouth-eatering chicken in chili sauce ~
Perfect slow-cooked chicken with tender texture and excellent Sicchuan style mala flavor.
Its Chinese name (Kou Shui Ji) literally means “Saliva Chicken” which certainly conveys the appeal of this classic dish.
中國近代文人郭沫若在他的詩詞《賟波曲 》曾寫:「少年時代在故鄉四川吃的白砍雞,白生生的肉塊,紅殷殷的油辣子海椒,現在想來還口水長流……。」所以一句饞涎掛嘴的「口水」,形容得很生動,就叫口水雞。

看見有些介紹這間餐廳的報道,打電話想預約位,但不接受,所以便約同事早些去排隊。12:00pm到達,排第一的隊,眼見有熟客不用排隊便自己找位子坐低了,我們等了30分鐘才有四人枱,門外已長長的人龍想試新嘢。坐低便立刻點食物,四個人點了五個午餐來試。我們點了兩客招牌酸菜魚配土豆粉,一客招牌酸菜魚配米線,一客口水雞配白飯及酸菜牛肉配薯粉。飲品今天只得桂圓紅棗茶及山楂羅漢果,我們各自點了一支飲。首先上菜的是一客招牌酸菜魚配土豆粉及口水雞配白飯,而其他的人全部等了45分鐘,還沒有東西吃。我們四個人吃這兩個套餐。訪問曾經說口水雞是用走地雞,有點兒失望。除了肥之外,肉質比較嚡,味道還可以。招牌酸菜魚他們是用生魚片的,略帶多魚骨,還是覺得桂花魚比較夾酸菜魚這個餸。味道都ok! 等了45分鐘,其他的酸菜魚套餐並沒有來,我們已不停追樓面不下數十次,可惜沒有一位可以幫到我們。試業當中,略帶點混亂。我們只可以取消,因實在等得太耐。失望而回!

第一次食完一間餐廳咁想寫食評早兩日喺 fb 見到有米芝蓮大廚開餐廳,重點係我最愛嘅酸菜魚,立即約朋友去試,打電話時已告知 fully book, 但接電話位小姐同我講佢哋好多都 book 6:30 我地可以試下八點幾過去,咁我當然好乖咁去 wak in 啦,去到同佢地講,佢地就話幫我安排一下,等一陣,果然等咗5-10分就可以坐底,環境幾靚,食物價錢都幾抵食,我地1男4女叫咗勁多野食,小碟好好味,酸菜魚我地叫1-2人份量,加多咗酸菜同寛粉,真心好高質素,我食過嘅酸菜魚頭三甲,自家制酸菜啱我胃,寛粉煙韌好味不粉不爛,基本無剩,但我個人比較想要食中,大辣,不過一班朋友食,當然要小辣怡情啦,蓮藕苗酸酸爽脆,開胃,萵筍絲爽辣不油,大腸有驚喜,香,麻,辣都好平均,麻婆豆腐反而唔太驚喜,偏濃味,唔叫白飯就唔太建議叫,炒蜆新鮮野味,椰菜花同手撕包菜比較遲黎同咸,每碟只食1/3就放棄,輕微漏單,最後無食到口水雞同回鍋肉我地叫咗4個甜品之後,每位都送咗一客冰粉,平日我唔食出買嘅桂花冰粉,但呢個我好鍾意食有提子乾同花生,有咬口,正! 不過另外四個甜品真心失望,全部炸嘅都炸唔透,唔夠乾身,紅糖糍粑油淋淋,流心

我地叫咗4個甜品之後,每位都送咗一客冰粉,平日我唔食出買嘅桂花冰粉,但呢個我好鍾意食有提子乾同花生,有咬口,正! 不過另外四個甜品真心失望,全部炸嘅都炸唔透,唔夠乾身,紅糖糍粑油淋淋,流心丸過甜,炸香蕉感覺唔係香蕉,鮮奶卷無乜紅豆亦無鮮奶香…… 始終炸得唔夠已經係敗北……
另外仲有叫咗兩支蘋果醋同奶茶,都係$1072
確實好抵食,我會為咗酸菜魚再去食,同試下其他食物,但今次有食過嘅其他,我應該不再試

值得一讚,服務好,笑容親切,同客人有互動,有說有笑,非常好
